Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — to withdraw my pf

Respect sir, myself vijay i was the ex-employee of comprehensive prosthetics and orthotics india pvt ltd. Delhi. I quit my job in april 2017, according to company hr, i applied for pf withdraw after 2 months that is in august 2017, since then hr is not doing any procedure for withdrawal. For almost 2 months hr said her digital signature problem. And in last month she said it is applied you will get message from epfo for withdrawal. And now from past 2 weeks they are not responding. So what should i do for my pf withdrawal.
Please guide me.

My Pension CLAIM File (CLAIM Number : MAHBAN[protected] Sent From RPF Bandra to RPF Thane on October 5, 2017 by speed-post with outward despatch number of RPF Bandra bearing number MHBAN0000025. However i feel extremely sorry to disclose that the said file sent by RPF Bandra has not been received at RPF Thane even as on date.[protected]
