Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — transfer my old pf to my current pf account.

I have been request to you, my old pf dose not transfer to my current pf account, and I have submitted all the necessary documents on 14/11/2017. In your PF office at maninagar, Ahmedabad. For transfer my old PF to my current PF Account. But till today’s date my old PF has been not deposited in my current PF Account. And my PF showing successful transfer in the passbook of my old Account, But my old PF is not showing deposits in the passbook of my current account.
So please transfer my old pf to my current Pf Account.
