Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — transfer of pf from bommasandra office of provident fund in bangalore to new employer

I have made a request online for transfer of pf from old company to new company. Pf office of bommassandra is unable to process the request. I have tried calling them atleast 200 times on[protected] but the phone is deliberately kept busy. This complaint is against the pf office, bommasandra department for not being reachable to the public either through phone or process pf.
