Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — UAN not activated

Hi,
I have sent the Joint Declaration Form for changing my name with all the supporting documents and the PF Office (Hyderabad) has received it on Feb 15, 2023. Even after more than 2 weeks of receipt they have not changed my name as per Aadhaar. In spite of sending reminders daily. They are neither taking action nor responding to my emails. My new employer wants the UAN Screenshot to onboard me but the PF Office is taking its own time to do a simple change which is already approved by my employer. My UAN is[protected].
