Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — unable to merge two account on same uan always show details are different but not reflect the different on portal

Dear sir
My uan no [protected]
Hav two account but when i try to transfer one to merge other it shows details are not matches but there is no differences on protal ;my account ifsc adhaar and pan all are verified still having problem ;can i directly sent pf form with adhaar base to pf office ;i requested to the baxter india ltd to coreect the detaisl but they are not responding.
Please help me out. One more thing is it possible to online withdrawl or even after initiate online i hav to download and send the hard copy to pf office.
Please help.
