Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — unable to reset the password

Hi team,

I am unable to login to the url: https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/

Forgot my password: when i click, forgot my password, it sends otp to my old phone number. I don't use that number anymore.

I chose don't send otp to the previous number, then it asked to enter name, gender and date of birth. It threw an error "gender or date of birth is not in the database".

I want to change my phone number and reset my password to login to this url.

I am following up with these two email ids but no resolution yet: and ro. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in

Please help as this is urgent..
