I had been working for Accenture from May 2015 to Jan 2021.
I submitted my online claim form in 2020 October and they rejected it stating that ECR correction is needed.
From that time onwards, they are stating that the issue will be resolved within 3 months.
Now, Accenture PF had stated that PF team would resolve this by Aug 2022.
Why they need 23 months to resolve this problem?
