[Resolved]  Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — updating aadhar/name details

Hi team,

I am thirupathi salveru from telangana state.
My uan is[protected]. My aadhar number is wrongly updated in uan site.
Correct aadhar is[protected].
My name is also not updated correctly in uan site. It is updated as "thirupathi s".
Correct name - "thirupathi salveru".
I first tried to update kyc details in manage-modify basic details but it is giving error as "aadhaar is already verified. Your details aren't editable.". Please find the attached word document.
Hence i have sent hard copy of declaration form and supporting documents (Aadhar) to my establishment.

My establishment sent them to pf office to correct the name and aadhar details last week. Pf team is also saying that "aadhar authentication failed". Please find the attached return copy.

Please suggest me whom i can approach now on this issue.

I have raised grievance at pf grievance site and they closed it by saying that it is referred to national data center.

I have raise concern at epf india (Twitter). They suggested me to approach one email i'd. There is no luck.
