Employees' State Insurance Corporation [Esic] — claim not yet received

Dear sir,

I satish kashinath bhise, have claimed medical expenses from esic on 22/11/2017. I have submitted all the required documents on the above said date to esis dispensary, hadapsar, pune (Claim no [protected]).
Mr borkar from that office have given the receipt for the same and told me that the claim will get settled in the current area in the month of march 2018 as the bill amount is rs 18, 666/-
Till now i didnt got the money & mr borkar keeps on saying that i will recieve the money by 2oth of next month. Almost 2 years going to get complete.
When i informed my hr department regarding the same, he started shouting that why i complained about him. He never reply and respond and gives wrong commitment everytime. I do have all the cal recording of the conversation we had till now. When i contacted bibwewadi head office, he shouted me for that also.
He keeps giving lots of excuses an wrong commitment. I have got fed up of esic department as i think there is no scope.
He even said that the amount has been sanctioned and it is under transfer process, but when i asked for the amount details, he doesnt answer for that.

Requesting you to take necessary action and help me in this claim process.
