Hi I will complaint against hospital system and staff its to much waiting for one signature, Once I am running for a paper from 3 days in the second day, speaking to get this paper
My mother has an accident, we have to get treatment for her, so she sends us daily from here, there is no clear work here.
So request you to do so much that for emergency, the atelist must sign the signature and other documents quickly, for that also the line has to be done.

Very bad services in espi hospital bassi dara puri . My wife 3mnth pregnet doctor said round round one building to old building no one can't proper guide or all mis guide or some nurses said its not my work .last 3 days all staff misguide very bad services . also complaint Dr sanjay mishra at 6 floor in hospital .but not solve my queray

I had already filed a complaint about that matter on consumer portal

Hospital has not any type of system and management, peoples are facing same problem at medicine counter

Staffs are not doing their work properly...

We are trying to change the dispensary but it is not changing and the error is "The dispensary change is requested. Waiting for the approval and My ip details are : [protected]. I've given written concern/ letter at ESIC office. No.23, Sub Regional Office, 9th B & C Main Road, Btm Outer Ring Road, Bommasandra, Btm Layout, Bangalore - 560068. Even I tried call them but there is no any response.

But I haven't got any solution please help me to resolve the issue because I need to take my father to the hospital.

With the help of this mail I want to share my grievence with you regarding the reimbursement of my salary. My name is Arvind and I live in gurugram. On October 16th, 2019 I met with an accident and was at bed rest for 2 months till 19th of December, 2019 advised by medical officer from ESIC. Nearly 10 months ago I have applied for the salary reimbursement from the ESIC but until now no actions have been taken from their side. I have called and asked them several times but they respond in negative. The officers at the Local Office (B. O, ESI Corporation Civil line, Gurugram) aren't responding. I have all the documents, forms and bills but they are not repaying my reimbursed salary.
Finally, I have decided to bring this matter to your attention. Please investigate the matter and speed up the process so that I can get my reimbursement salary as soon as possible. Thank you

This santosh I met with accident on[protected] I came to ESI hospital at Sanath nagar, Admitted for surgery, they told me they will do surgery on Thursday that is[protected], they took all testing, maintain is very good but for surgery they are taking ao much of time still am waiting there response for surgery date almost 8 days done, they told they will do surgery on Thursday[protected], Please help me on this, I'm getting so much of leg pain

My Name is Anoop Kumar and my wife admitted in ESIC hospital at Jhilmil(Delhi) branch, she is admitted due to weakness and some stomach issues and unable to proper walking condition but today[protected] doctors provide some paper work and ask her to submit to same branch department by herself but due to her weakness and she can't able to walking condition but they not provider her any staff member to help her to maintain the paperwork. the doctors earning well and the ESIC too but the services are quite poor condition.

This is regarding non availability of the medicines in the Dispensaries in Ramakrishna puram and ESI hospital near Arilova, Visakhapatnam. We have approached 2 Dispensaries in our area and they are saying tablets are not available you have to buy outside. Many people are facing this issue, the Dispensary staff is shouting on patients if we are asking them why we have to buy medicines outside.

Sir If you really want India to be grown up ..just maintain your staff ..they are rude more than an, IAS OFFICER...they cross age limitations Say (chup rhe ) to a person older than your father .. try to contact me further if you are not one of them...

ESI PALARIVATTOM- EDAPPALLY DISPENSARY

My wife is 5 months pregnant now. She had regular vomiting and nausea since the very first month of pregnancy. And our gynaecologist gave the leave application. She couldn't go to office for 3 months.
The doctor is not at all interested to take leave application. She didn't even reply to my queries. I have never see her with a smile face. Is this how a doctor behave to patients?

When our gynaecologist wrote 30 days leave, this lady ESIC doctor split this leave to 6 days every time. She is spoiling my time on every visit.
Last month we went to my native as my father was passed away. My wife wasn't in a condition to travel, but we couldn't miss that funeral.
Next day she suffered from severe tummy pain. We consulted to our near hospital, that doctor said her uterus is shrinking and advised complete bed rest for coming days. And gynac gave us the leave application for 30 days. I submitted it to esi hospital. But she gave 6 days leave and asked me to come after that period. I asked her the reason, but she didn't reply. Now she wants to see the patient who is taking bed rest 50 km far. If my wife is in condition to visit the ESI, why cant she go to job?
NO WOMEN WANTS TO BE SITTING IN HOME FOR 5 MONTHS CONTINOUSLY.

HER BEHAVIOUR IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. THIS IS NOT A PATIENT OR BYSTANDER EXPECTED FROM A DOCTOR. A DOCTOR IS SOMEONE WHO CAN UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION OF A PATIENT.
SHE IS SIMPLY EARNING SALARY BY TREATING HER PATIENTS AS NUISANCE. But the others staffs are really nice, they know how to treat the patients. They are sharing their knowledge when asking for a doubt.

Now we are planning to change our ESIC to nearest location. Kindly take action against this doctor. Hope we were the last one facing the bad behaviour by that Doctor.

Main maternity ke liye okhla phase 1 hospital me admit thi. Wahan meri delivery hui hai. Par delivery hone se pahle wahan ki nurse or wahan ki night main doctor ne mere buri haalat kr di thi.
Night doctor patient ko abuse krti hai beat krti hai, or kahti hai agar tumhe bahar kisi ko bhi bola to main tumhara ilaz bich me hi quit kr dungi...
Main raat bhar chilati rahi par wahan ki nurses or doctor bigboss dekhne me lagi hui thi. Bol rhi thi ki pta ni kahan kahan se chali aati hai delivery karwane.
Wahan delivery doctor nahi krte khud hi krni padti hai, doctor bs tumhe marte rahte hain.
Mere delivery ke baad unhone bahot jagah niche kaat diya tha or itne sare taanke laga diye or night main doctor bol rhi thi ki iski to yahi haalt honi hai, ab dubara nahi aa payegi is hospital me aisi haalt kr dungi iski.
Wahan par phone bhi allow nahi krte taki koi capture na kr le unki.
Main chalti hun ki night doctor par koi action liye jaye...
Jo khud ek lady hokr lady ke sath aisa krti hai!

In esic hospital kandivali senior paed doctors refuse to attend patient when there juniors on lunch break there is no specific lunch time I waited till 2:30 and checked with maushi what time doctors are going to come she said no idea where in 2 senior doctors are sitting in cabin Dr patra & Dr shanbhaug after waiting for 1 hour asked Dr patra to ### kid he simply denied esic is meant to help patient but only junior doctor have to see patient after lunch none of the doctor comes patients are waiting is this a way to treat patient looking for immediate action on this

I am at here esic hospital sector 24 noida Uttar Pradesh 201302.
My father have disabilities and got report and going to consult to the doctor but here no one is caring for that even not a single person tell me that which doctor will treat him or when will he come.

Please look into the matter

We had visited the ESI office in Mangalore regarding my brother had met with an accident was in bedrest. For ESI benifits with all medical documents visited mangalore ESI department, there the officer name Raju treated all who visits to there is like his slavery. And using the words like nobody can stand there. Even if patient is covid positive also saying to bring to there and shouting for no reason.

This informed to you that I am Manish kumar from Faridabad srctor 29, Haryana, Today date 06.11.2020, I visit your esic branch sec-15, Faridabad, Haryana for issue from-21 (meternity purpose) as refer by sec 19 esic Faridabad, Haryana. All staff persons are not good they not provide us from -21 & very badly treated use vulgarity language and want to fight with me and my wife, my wife is pergent..and the doctor say your are not a prime minister to whom I issued you the from- 21. One of them take our esic card photo and doctor says that in other esic Faridabad branches nobody will issue you the esic from -21, with request you to please take necessary action on such persons who demolish the ESIC service.

I reached ESIC office at 5:45 pm bt it was completely locked at that time, but the closing time is 6:00 pm
And if the close is locked at 5:45pm, it means the whole staff left at minimally 5:40 pm and its there daily routine
