Now its time turns to 8.37.. Its very poor to look this dispensary because there is no more staffs are present at this time.. There is no punching machine i found. Peon told me that dr is leave today.. Workers like us are coming here with half day leave.. Such time there is no dr in this dispensary, what we do???... Please provide more staffs and give them punctuation on their duty. Thnks...

I am at esic hospital rohini delhi - 110089, we all (Patient) have facing inconvience, because of the registration counter isn't open till now, it's 8:50am and the timing for opening is 8:30am, even the security guard also saying there is no one who listen yours, don't loss your energy.

This is the incident with registration counter no 2 most probably this is the issue with all the other counter also.

Esi panel doctor office at picnic garden open at 11 am and closed at 1.30pm even the actual office time is 10am to 5pm. I complaint against this but no any action taken yet. I am to say that i have been employed for nsso jaipur by g. A. Digital web world pvt. Ltd. No.1, hargobind enclave, vikas marg extn. New delhi. From 20th march 2019.in this regard my esi deduction was made by the company every month but it has not shown on esic portal and due to this the benefit of treatment could not be taken in esi hospital. 1st time i'm went to podanur esi for over back headache on 11oct19, i consult doctor, they refer to eye check & ear checkup to varatharajapuram head esi, today i went there 1st of all staff behaviour very roude, eye checkup over they told no issue & after ear checkup also over no issues, but i have problem in back head checking treatment wrongly, we are paying money every month but no use,...

I joined in dec 2018, it has been almost 10 months where in i have completed two contribution period (Oct-mar) & (Apr-sep). But still i am not eligible for super speciality treatment. The treatment was taken in private hospital (Shree ji hospital umbergam) and the document had been submitted in esic branch office vasai maharasthra dated 25.04.2019. The total amount of claim was rs. 48, 654/-but still no any update. So we are requestig to you please arrange medical reimbursement as soon as possible.
