[Resolved] Sai Ideal Softwares — Fraud With Fresher B.Tech CS/IT Students | |||
Hello Sir, My Self Roshan Shah. I Have Complaint For Sai Ideal Software Pvt.Limited Company for New Delhi. I am doing Job In This Company and Other 19 People do so. No Salary paid by this company after 2 month completion of training even his project head Mathur Slapped one of oue colleague and sign our resignation by hook and crook.They are running fraud company and even take money 25-35 thousand from per candidate,now . even Mathur threat us if you people do any complaint in Police and consumer forum so blacklisted in NASSCOM and you people never get a job in any company thats why i changed my name in this company .Total fraudlent company don't have single work .Project Head Mathur don't know how to talk with their employees they slapped their employee and also scoulded on everyone. This is meena from bangalore.I paid money 1lakh for this company through one consultant.I joined this company 3 month before but still they did not give salary to me.Its totally fraud company.Dont paid money and join company.

5 of my friends got selected in Sai Ideal Softwares as junior engineer in the campus recruitment drive. But luckily only 2 joined. They were under training for 2 months. They were giving excuses when my friends asked about salary. But in the 3rd month, one of the HR, who came to our college, just walked to them and said, "Don't come to office from tomorrow!". And after that they did not receive their calls. Now my friends are sitting jobless. When my friend's mom called them, they received the call seeing the new number. She asked them that why did they fire them? They said they did not have any skills. They are useless.
She said, "Then why did you hire them? You were the ones who selected them in the college among 500 students." Till now there is no response from them. This is really a fraud firm. Don't join it. Please.
I will request, if any action can be taken against these people.

The all comments which have been on this page is totally fake and irrelevant. I am an ex employee of Sai Ideal Softwares Pvt Ltd and worked on higher position and never felt such things from any of the management team.
These all are the totally wrong comments about company. Never believe on that kind of comments, it seems like all are facing problem to grow themselves.
