So its been about 12 days since I have submitted my bank details on epf, and it takes around 3-5 business days to update the details and these are updated when the employer approves them. But its been more than required time and WNS hasnt approved/verified my bank details.

    Hi,
    I had worked in wns in the year from 2020 to 2023 (December) at WNS Global Services Gurugram. They gave me my pf but i they have not provided the relieving letter and experience letter.       Hi,

      I'm writing this behalf on my fried who works at WNS Pune Maharashtra. Viman Nagar office, he's working for process NIC collection for night shift ( where females are allowed to take leaves and work from home but not male employee, his manger Mr. Pushpendra Tiwari group manger who humilates him for leaves, ( as its 3 days office and two days work from home ) he took 2 leaves which continues to carry forward to come office daily alone for night shift as per his manger. I understand the company rules and regultation but not understanding the need of employee, doesn't take company nowhere, but my friend was sick and stressed out for not understanding his situation and forced him to be in office alone. Mr pushpendra tiwari doesn't know the meaning of a manger ( who understand the need of team) also supports at times. Kindly please help on this !

        Hi Team,

        My Name is Sumit Gupta and my Employee ID was 285393. I applied for job in a company but according to them my Date Of Exit with WNS is overlapping with my other experience.

        I left WNS due to health issues. I was in dying situation due to Jaundice. So, I was unable to continue my services. I left WNS before 25th of March, 2018 but on PF portal it showing 02nd of April, 2018 which is not right. It's my humble request to you to kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Even after multiple email conversations with the organisation no one in reverting.. and I still have the system after 3-4 years(of no use to me).I have been writing to WNS.[protected]@wns.com for getting my dues cleared, no reply..

                  Hi, I am an ex-WNS employee, worked in WNS from Aug 2016 to Feb 2019.
                  Currently, I am trying to transfer my PF from the WNS PF account but because of several reasons/including wrong information/gaps from the WNS PF team, my PF transfer request is getting rejected multiple times ( 3 times as on dates).
                  This is to register a complaint on the same to sort my PF transfer issue from the WNS PF account to my current employer. I have written many emails on the same to WNS on - WNS UAN Helpdesk but to date facing the same issue of PF request rejections. Please help.
                  Attaching the last 3 rejections remarks from EPFO asking for rectification from WNS PF team. One rectification of Father Name spelling is already done so nothing to worry on that, its just a repeat by mistake from EPFO.

                    I left WNS … recently I got an email stating that “PAN Card was not updated in the company hence TDS will deduct. If my PAN Card was not updated in the company how can I get salary since 2 years ? Because of this nonsense of WNS unnecessary TDS is get deducted.

                      I have not signed any employment aggrement with WNS just accepted offer letter. They added salary in my bank account and also forecefully adding EPFO amount in my EPF account, Due to their such activity i am getting reflected as dual employed. On raising the concerns with their HR teams i didn't get any response. They are just passing the ball in each other court.

                          Hi,
                          My name is Aamir u361686, i got a wonderful opportunity to work with wns gurgaon and joined on 21st June 2021, i nicely was working from office then due to huge strike of corana, i was told to work from home. Everything was going good like my targets, customer satisfaction, managers expectations and all work related parameters, i got complete hold on my process and was helping to the new hires but unfortunately the process got rampdown "prodigy finance" and i was on bench for one month after that i got call from another process and was moved to office for training; i attended training for some days and all of a sudden i felt severe abdominal pain and couldn't continue my training then i was diagnosed as gallbladder stone. I escalated the same with my manager and hr as well with all medical records but none of them understand my issue and was even i was not given medical leave. Later, i received redeployment letter wherein there was given time period of 2 months and one month was already included (bench time) . My last working day is 3 October 2022 aa per letter but i am confused with the thing that i got call on 14th of September 2022 (almost 20 days before last working day) that we couldn't redeploy you as we are not having any opportunities as of now.
                          I would be relieved on 27th September 2022 as per hr's call (interaction), what is fun to write 3rd oct 2022 last working day then . I am totally confused with the wns gurgaon management and all. I will be relieved but i ever never had imagined that this kind of politics is going on beneath the well knowing organization like WNS.
