I was part of startek aegis and as my id was deactivated and my last salary got release in dec 2022 then my manager told to resign as id activation was not happening.after resigning it is more than 50 days now they are not releasing my work experience letter and saying that dues are pending and you have to pay then only work experience letter will be release.This harrasment is happening from last 3 weeks.Kindly help on this.

I worked in Aegies (Startek) Kolkata in Flipkart process WFH for more than 1 year and I left the organisation with and official resignation letter but it has been more than 50 days and I did not get my FNF (full and final settlement) and release letter. I am niy getting any help from my TL and HR as none of them are responding my calls mails or sms please help.

Hi, this is Avinash Rayaprolu and I wanted to complain about a company which is Startek AEGIS who's head office is in bhopal and it is a work from home job where I was interviewed and got selected for Zomato semi voice process and was informed that it is 5.5 weekly working job and I will be getting around 16-18k in hand monthly, but they broke their promise and without my consent shifted to another process with 6 days weekly working. I have joined in Startek and till now did not receive any update regarding my offer letter and also my salary which I am supposed to get today i.e;[protected]. I was initially interviewed for Zomato semi voice process and was selected and took training from[protected] and later was shifted to Blinkit process without my consent and left me in all sorts of doubts regarding salary and offer letter as no HR was responding. I started my training in Blinkit process from[protected] and till now I did not get any update regarding this. I have shared all my documents required to the mail I received where they requested me for documents to submit on my first day of training in Zomato. I have worked nearly one month as of today and till now did not receive my offer letter and first month salary
and no HR is responding on calls and messages and I need my salary and offer letter as it is my right to ask for which I worked. Hope to hear a resolution from you. Thanks in advance

I contacted your company HR named Priyanka Chaturvedi and she took my interview in the mid of the traffic I insisted her to take the interview afterwards but she declined and threatened me to reject after taking the interview she me wait for 7 days and today when I call she is said in a rudely manner that I am rejected and disconnected the call.

I have been to the interview seceduled by Aegis for Amazon process I have cleared my frst and second round and I was waiting for my final round of interview as I was in the consultancy from mrg 9am to 7pm as I was travelling back home from there I got a call and infromed them statting I'm traveling he told call when u reach ur destination post which I called I was infromed I got rejected without even the interview taken and when I asked for the reason they said I don't know about it .the communication of the so called manger was ### .I have all the call recording in which I have posted in the social media page and have written the email to the CEO of the company ..I request all to post the complaints agaist them .

I placed a request for address updation online for aadhaar on 11 nov 2019 and updated my bank account statement for the same and now the information is being verified and now the status is showing as request or enrollment is under process pls check again after few days. With due reverence and humble submission it is to be stated to your sympathetic self that i, saurav chakraborty, is expressing my grievance against my company. I had been pondering since many days before writing this mail but today i thought about the word enough.

As this is a mail related to my job concern and linked with government rules for the disabled persons rights so i must introduce myself before briefing out my grievance.

My name is saurav chakraborty, i am a disabled person with 80% disability, i don’t have my right limb from the knee and my left limb have filariasis and keep on bleeding along with that i am an orphan also grown up and got studied at orphanage home, along with that i am a victim of brain tumor, it means i am suffering from brain tumor also. For these things i could provide the documents as my disability certificate and medical proves for my brain tumor.

There are two things which i must inform to grievance cell. Firstly regarding the salary. I used to get 15k over here, i do have 9 years of experience along with the documents. I am continuing over here since 10 months over on the same part of salary but once i had visited the hr regarding the salary, as less experienced persons are also getting more salary than me and i am getting that much, but they answered me that you haven’t negotiated while you was getting hired. But the main thing is that, i trusted them while i was getting hired as they told me that this the salary we are offering every candidates. It means they lied me as at that point of time i thought that it is an it sector not a grocery shop that i have to bargain over there. According to them its called negotiation and according to me its bargaining as both sounds same. So the concern instead of giving some exception they lied me and took the part which i deserve after having 9 years of experience, even if they are abled and also offering much salary to fresher candidates also. So they must not lie. They got a strange type of salary structure, it means if they are telling us that my ctc is 16k then actually it is 15k before the deduction, then comes the deductions part of pf, esic, etc, as they used to deduct the employee and employer part of pf deduction and both of the deduction is getting happened from our salary even if the employer part also. But it is supposed to get deducted only employee part but their part is also deducted from our salary. A strange type of trick they playing in the name of salary. Candidate used to get happy hearing that their ctc is 16 or 17 k but they don’t know actually its 15 or 16 k, along with the ctc they are attaching their pf deductions also and getting it acknowledged as our salary.

Now comes the second and main part regarding my pf (Provident fund account). Sir while joining this company i had already provided them my existing uan number which was going to be 10 years and according to government rules if the same account is being continued for 10 years, there will be a part of pension. But without my intimation they opened a new uan account. After 10 months when i was checking my payslip, i saw it a new uan account and went to them regarding the concern. They are telling me that it was a old uan number and at that point of time there it don’t need any kyc upload so they opened a new one. Sir i want to ask there are so many peoples working since 1990 or earlier but they are continuing the same account and getting the pensions also. So i don’t think that they are giving me a valid reason for opening a new one. They are also telling me why don’t you checked your uan earlier, but sir the payslip is not on a auto delivery process in order to get it delivered to our mail id every month, so how am i supposed to check that? And moreover i had continued that uan account with many companies earlier also and they haven’t opened a new one but why now. Even if they are telling me that the date of birth was not matching, but sir they itself are telling that there was no kyc upload on earlier uan account, so definitely its on a manual upload. Earlier employer also continued on the same, so how how they was able to do such? And moreover the most indispensable part is this older uan account was also opened by this company at kolkata many years ago, they made me open this one at first so now the company is same again but in noida, so why they are not able to access that one when other company already was able to continue on that older one? So why this company cant do such and even if it was opened by this company earlier?

Actually sir according to my concept, they also know that if an uan account is being continued for 10 years, they have to give pension and that is the main reason for opening a new one. So sir, am i supposed to work more 9 years once again even if after working for 9 years earlier and expecting for the pension one day? As i knew i am a disabled person and an orphan also, so i cant continue working at that point of age which a normal person could do, as i don’t have any backup or anyone to take care of me in this world, that’s why i continued this one uan account for 9 years and now they opened a new one and i am feeling being cheated and feeling being taken over my future security that i had planned for myself.

I pray in order to take some step so that the old one could be continued once again and once again my insecurity feelings regarding my future could be gone.

One more thing i must give you an intimation sir. As i am writing this mail regarding my disability rights provided by the central govt., now the company will raise any issue, even if there is no issue, they will create it and make me out of this company. I will follow you onwards also if such things is going to happen with me as a prove of their wrong doings in the name of company’s policies. They used to acknowledge it as their policies and fire employees.

I hope fervently that my prayer will be accepted to your hearty steps which will keep me ever grateful to your honor.

Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you that i (Pankhuri sahu) is leaving zomato because of intentional humiliation by tls and quality auditor.
I had joined on 21 jun as a trainee and started working on floor from 1july.
If a person is not a good performer then instead of helping the one, tls start shouting and making pressure of no reason. I could not understand that what to do because my performance goes down under that mental pressure infact if i say it was a torcher, it would not be wrong. I was completely exhausted and irritated with their no reason humiliation.

I know that this is not an appropriate way to leave and i will not get a single penny from your side as much i had worked for you but i want that the situation of zomato floor should be in aegis knowledge.
Kindly take some action, as this should not happen with any other trainee on zomato floor.
Please take this as a complain or as a request also. I want to include that my team lead is nazish fatima and quality auditor sarita baluja.

Hi my name is jatin joshi i had worked in aegis for 8 months in feb 2018 to sep 25th. After resigning of 2 month's when i go for online activation o[censored]an. Then i shocked that my dob is wrongly submitted to pf office hyderabad. When i communicate with hr person.in starting he helped me. He has given pf hyderabad address also for posting the joint declaration form. I had done all this things and also send all the documents to hyderabad office. But after there is no response from hr person or pf office. When i called to hr person from last 4 months. He is not replying me or not receiving any calls. I am realy tired and frustrate. At last i am sending you mail for help. I just want to change my dob in pf office.

Pls its a humble request.

I am the ex employee of AEGIS Pvt Ltd (ID :[protected] applied for my pf but when I am checking the status on EPFO site the claim status is reflecting as settled but returned and in remarks section it is mentioned that "payment sent via NEFT has been returned on 31st July'2018.

Please suggest me whom to contact for the solution. Also, I have contacted on
Barkatpura Chaman office (Ph:[protected] for the resolution but they are not responding. Moreover, I have mailed on "ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in" and "[protected]@gmail.com".

I am highly frustrated as i am not getting the resolution. Either provide me the address or the phone number whom to contact in this situation.

I was selected in vodafone process.after few rounds dey told me i hv to complete 2 months without any salary.means on third month dey will provide me 2 months salary with deductn of hdphn cost.it is their terms n policy.they ll provide me appointment letter after one monthnof training.now i m going throgh the paymnt complain of aegis in this site.its rly scary how can any company hold 2 months salary n still ppl are agreed to work their

As an outsource & customer service, the salary they paid is extremely low compare to all in the field. This become main reason why huge employee turn over occur. Meanwhile no benefit such as year end bonus or medical claim too. How sad! They take employee for granted too much! How much such not genuine company still exist? It should be close down!!

I was hired in aegis (Plot no. 247, udyog vihar, phase 4, gurgaon, opp. Hyundai showroom near india bulls building) at 12 aug 2014.
My training was for one month, but they did not pay my training stipend till now. They said that they will pay it with the first salary but they did not, after that they said that they will pay it with the second month salary but still they did not pay it.
I left the job in october 2014, but still they did not pay my training stipend.

Today i visit for this concern in aegis but mr. Manoj kumar and abhilasha madam (Hr) forbidden for this concern.
