Dear Manasa
I was ex employee of Holiday IQ mumbai branch, on 21th of jan 13 i called you said to have a word with Hema i have called her first day doesn't revived the caall After 2 day's i have called her to know my FNF status she told to call after 2 days when i called her on 23 jan 2013 she roudly said she will have a word with manivel & get back to me the next day i have given a call to her she said he does not got any mail from manivel or rahul sing just have a word with them i will not do anything hang hanged the call. How professional way to phase out!!!!
I also got call's from paying the data card bill from reliance i have submitted the data card to the company. i also spoke to rahul sing but he said what should i do in this case. i am not used the card then why should i pay for it ? add the bill of my data card in the FNF.

I worked for 4 months in Holiday iq with no support.
there is no security of fixed pay in the asia's largest travel portal (self proclaimed one)
They only have a word with there RM not with the employee (near and dear employed)
I have seen 3 employess leaving the same office roof in the span of 2 to 3 months. You can understand the magic mania of your HR policies
A guy who is having no knowledge even about Travel or about geographical location or about market rates are elevated and promoted as Regional Manager just because he is crony to some one who is at the helm. ( Nepotism!!!!)
I don't know as to why you don't give appointment letter to the employees?? Is there something to hide? whenever i ask for appointment letter , you used to say "focus on your work". Is this relevant answer to my question of appointment.?
why no salary slip is availed to Mumbai employees? Does it help you Under sec 80c or......
why don't you give notice period to your employees?
Manivel Kulandaivel, the father of all crooks in well dressed attire , why he does not pay heed to all these.
I was got a call from my client's they blame me for the contracts which made by me that is too worst they said they did not pay single painee after to holiday IQ.
I don't why they give benefit of doubt to Manasa, the Hr every time for not doing the work in stipulated time period. why she not proceed the salary slip to every employess. salary is not reduced to half if she does not work within "TARGETED PERIOD.what special benefit they get from 'Manasa V' i don't know and i don't wish to know.
Mr. Rahul sing being RM can't take his own stand then he should avoid using his white elephant designation
May they have plan to buy accessories(shoes, mobile, attire etc.) for themselves by not giving our, salary. This cheap strategy may have worked for them in short term but obviously not for the long term to survive..

Conclusion
Mr. Manivel Kulandaivel I have not written this mail to get my salary or reimbursement keep it with your in the form of FD for your Children. The only message i want to convey is that "It takes years to build brand in the market but only single second is enough to destroy it and your blues are doing the same..
please take note of your Arrogant namely Faisal Rizvi and Rahul sing who says '' it was done by company not by me'' which applicable on himself first because leaders should lead by examples.. He should set the examples first and stop using his abusing language even in office.
Don't destroy someones career,,,don't you afraid..one day you will be wiped out from the face of this land
Nobody in Mumbai is willing to work with Holiday IQ even New people hesitate and make mockery of such co...they say " they deduct your salary in order to purchase shiny Shoes for themselves.
