Hi, My name is Ruheena Banu, I joined a company called Quartiz Software Private Limited on 20th August 2013 as a Sales consultant with a salary of 30, 0000 per month My employee ID is 136. I used to work in night shift from 7pm till 4am. I need to make 140 calls per day and generate leads then floor incharge will follow up with the customer and make a sale. I used to travel for 4 hours in a day.
And Annual CTC is 360, 000. Initially i had a issue with cab, driver mis-behaved with me, he hold my hand and asked me to get down from the cab in the middle of the road, banged the door on me, he said see what i will do, He harrased me and used abusive language i was literally crying and reported to my Manager Eldo and Raksh who is a floor incharge. And requested for a different cab next day inspite of that they sent me the same cab and i refused to board the cab thinking he will do something today they said we have taken the action then i lost my mobile worth 18000/- sony ericsson in the same cab. Then i lodged a
police complaint next day 12th Sept 2013 in marathahalli police station contacted Mr Muniraju police inspector. I told them to accept my resignation and settle my account they dint accept. And since the time i join if i call my floor incharge Raksh for any help even for 60 times he never answer my call.Since they have still not provided me the offer letter i told them to give me the offer letter they kept saying printer has a problem give us some days i requested them to give ID card that also they took 1 month to give. Then i saw few people they have removed saying non-performance. I thought there is no job security since i belong to minorty cant manage my expenses without a job i started searching for a job then i got offered in Aegis limited for 23000/- plus incentives.
They told me to join on 1st Oct 2013, I was thinking i will get my salary on 1st Oct 2013 So that i can join Aegis. They said Manager Eldo went to kerala salary is delayed then i called to Floor incharge Raksh, he said the salary will be credited next day.Then again when i called next day he said due to Gandhi jayanthi salary will be credited on 3rd October 2013. Then again i called he said there is some problem with your bank account that why salary is delayed will try next day. I went to office next day and spoke to manage Eldo he said Raksh have not sent the time sheet. Once he send the time sheet i will transfer funds in your account then he said he will credit the salary on 5th oct 2013 then he said monday which is on 7th October 12 pm salary will be credited.
Then i joined Aegis limited on 7th October 2013 then evening i went to Quartiz to ask salary they said today we have transfered the amount you will see the amount tomorrow at 12pm so please start working then forcibly he want me to work that day i cried saying i will not work. Then next day i see that he have informed Aegis that am working for 2 companies at a time so cancel my appointment with Aegis limited. Then i went on 8th Oct 2013, Floor incharge Raksh is stating that both the companies with take action against me that am working for both the companies and blacklist my name so that no company gives me a job.
And you will suicide. Am physically and mentally tortured in this company. My health is getting effected am without money since 2 months. Raksh said he will arrange a call back from the manager to discuss this issue. Am waiting for a call back they he did not called me then when i continously called Raksh he said am no more involved in this case so contact Eldo on this number [protected] This is a virginia number.
I cannot make a call on this number. Please suggest me what to do am mentally disturbed.

1. First of all their office is located in amidst of slum in one apartment(2nd Floor). To locate the office itself takes long time.
2. As soon fresher enters to their office they say fresher have to shall out Rs.500 towards registration. Job guarantee is not there.
3. They have not mentioned about the registration fees anywhere. Moreover they have mentioned attractive salary in email.
4. In email they have specified no of vacancies are 10, but i doubt if they have 10 chairs in their office, forget about the systems in office!!!
