Employment Office — Regarding Login details

I forgot to renew my employment card by end of february 2020 and also i want to add my pg detail . Now I am trying to renew it, but i forget my login details. So i went to candidate login to check out my login details, but it is showing my registration number is not valid. Please help me to sort out the problem. do needful asap.
