Employment Office — registration number and password invalid

Dear sir/madam,

I am bhavani sankari from cuddalore district, actually i was registered thiruvallur district employment office for 12/2012, then
I got married to shift cuddalore district and also i had submitted transfer & converted documents, because we are intercaste marriage, then my next renewal due date for 12/2015. Unfortunately i forgot to my renewal dates. But now govt given to the great opportunity for missed out renewal. Already i check with online to renewal but the system result was registration number is invalid, so how to solve my issue, kindly please help me to solve my problem. As given below my particular employment details.
