Employment Office — Registration number is invalid

Hai i have registered at employment office in Jan 2014 and my next renewal is on Jan 2017 and i have renewed it. Now to update my graduation details i cannot login it says that registration number is invalid.And even i have changed my password with user id it doesn't help me ..Please provide a solution for this and provide me the user id and password as well.

Reg no:CHD2014F00000230
Sex:Female
Name : HEMALAKSHMI K
Registered Date :10/01/2014.
