Employment Office — Registration Number Lapsed - Renewal

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Praveen Kumar from Tiruvallur district, As I registered Employment on 2014 after completing my 10th grade and I had renewed the registration as per periodically 3 years once but unfortunately I failed to renew on June 2019.
My Registration Number : TVD2014M00028343
DOB: 15/07/1999

Kindly suggest what's the best way to renewal again after lapsed. Looking for your help and support for solving my issue.
