When we complained about DSC approval after payment (done 15 days before) they take their own time to respond. Irony, the support does not even read the email properly.
After payment and email with the invoice, the support person is sending a reply to apply for the DSC and make the payment.
This is pity of their poor training and focus with the client query.
While we send the documents, the support team does not even got through properly before asking you to submit again. May be the team is lazy and does not want to work or perhaps they do not have manpower so they simply waste our time. Was this information helpful? |
