Emudhra — Customer defamed by invalid reason given for revocation

Dear Consumer Forum, I have not come across a company which for its internal faults has wrongly accused customer of having complaints. But when customer has demanded who complained, they verbally call on record have admitted that it was their staffs error and no complaint exits. Thus after accusing customer wrongly they ve not tendered apology nor stated in written letter that no complain exits as stated verbally. There manager Ms Meena has taken time till Monday while floor manager Sachin was continously flawed in his defence

Updated by Anuradha Biswas Dear Consumer forum, Post your intimation of complain taken.Unfortunately contrary to their managers meenas admission. In their letter they ve threatened me for contacting you, or writing on their web pg or Twitter handle. This when they sent confirmation of doc check by ekyc successfully verified mail and text msg and form confirmation. Apart from delivering dsc before harassing and revoking stating complain but none to furnish https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhAtDyOBch8ZaTxa9oqAb87icFo the call on record having their admission. Attaching the threatening part, their ekyc docs successfully verified mail.and my open question against. Mail to your support nail given as well.
