[Resolved] Emudhra — DSC payment fully paid yet application is put in pending for no reason for two weeks

We have raised DSC request for both of our directors and have completed full payment 10 days ago. But not getting any support from emudhra side in closing these issues despite repeated emails and calls. Please don't drag this any further and let us know what best we can do to complete the process ASAP. Is there any place where I can escalate this issue? Application ID: 10811574 Applicant Name: A ROSELIN RAJ Application ID: 10810958, 10810959 Applicant Name: JESUDAS ARUMAIRAJ Customer calls are always on hold and no proper response to emails as well. Application is pending for long and our current Digital signature has expired leaving us with no valid DSC. Due to this all our works are pending and we are forced to pay unnecessary interests on several govt related taxes.
