[Resolved]  Emudhra — not got the pen drive

I submitted the application for obtaining digital signature on tuesday. All formalities including video verification, thru sms, submission of forms (Both physical and upload of scanned ones) have all been completed on wednesday itself. The local courier was sent on wednesday evening. Till now i have not got it. The courier guy was bluffing when he said that "delivery attempted - premises closed". None came yesterday since i checked the register with the watchman (Who maintains the same for any one coming in to the apartment has to enter their name/phone number and sign). Till now no one has come. I tried contacting various people in e-mudhra the standard answer is "sorry sir, we will look in to it". Everytime, some one will say they will call back, but neither they call back nor pick up the phone. Pathetic service.
