Emudhra — service quality

This is with reference to my grievance against emudra faced since February 2019, Since there is no response or action taken from your side.
Now which has lead me to escalate this issue further, if no action taken or my concern is not resolved i would proceed legally, which has lead me into financial losses & mental pressure.

Series of events listed below.

1. I have applied for digital signature online emudra on 11/02/2019 & amount of Rs 5251 was deducted from my account (Photos attached)
Application ID 7117190, My colleagues suggested that the amount for digital signature will be less & hence i have mailed to [protected]@emudra.com saying that to cancel my emudra application & refund my amount Rs 5251.

2. As suggested by your staff M/s Hemalatha Bangalore office who got connected via telephone call, I was informed that to apply again for digital signature again then the amount will be less. Then i have made another transaction on 12/02/2109 Application ID. 7121712, in which amount of Rs. 3833 has been deducted from my account.

3. On 14/02/2019 due to business limitation i was informed from my management that i dint have to apply for digital signature. I have mailed [protected]@emudra.com to cancel my transactions made on 12/02/2019.

4. I have recieved mail from Ms Hemalatha saying that it will take minimun 15 days for refund, meanwhile we have recieved a token from bangalore, we have have not used the token even once.

5. On march 12th i have recieved a mail from Hemalatha saying that to send back the token to the bangalore address.

6. We have sent the token to the mentioned address on 12th March via proffessional courier LR no. HSN4774772.

7. We have not recieved any response since then, we have also sent a reminder mail on 16th March followed by series of calls, but there is no response from any one.

I request the senior management to kindly involve & do the needful resolution at the earliest, I have suffered alot due to the negligence & irresponsbility of the staff which has prone me into financial & mental tensions.
