Emudhra — Unable to download certificate

I have purchased a three-year Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) with Application ID 18481298. However, upon clicking the "Track and Expedite" icon in the email received from eMudhra, I am redirected to the login page. When I enter my mobile number and attempt to log in, the system prompts me to purchase a new DSC, instead of allowing me to track my existing application or download the certificate.

Additionally, your website mentions 24x7 support availability. However, I have been unable to reach your support team via the provided contact number, as the call gets automatically disconnected.
