Emudhra — Unsupported Token sent by eMudhra | |
I have ordered DSC along with token from eMudhra website for macbook. They have clearly specified that token will work on macbook. They clearly know token is mainly used for GST, traces and MCA websites. These sites has specified that they support ePass2003, etoken, Safenet token. Even they know it and sent across Watchdata proxykey and made me to download dsc on that token. After wasting my time for many days, they agree that token will not work with mac os. Company is clearly cheating customers by sending wrong token which was promised. Company is cheating customers by passing wrong information to customers.
