Hi, I was trying to purchase Individual certificate but post payment I received an invoice for Organization Certificate. I have raised incident LCHT-6125-VDVO-21062 to get support on issue related to User type changed to Organization post payment and seeking a resolution over email/ticket. I have tried to reach your customer service multiple times with no resolution and created a ticket with similar response .
