Emudhra — Wrong information on pan card, no response from emudhra | |||
Complained about wrong address on pan card Submitted form with payment on april 20, Hard copy required documents received by emudhra on april 28, The application sent to other organization (Utiitsl), Other organization sent an e-pan card which has wrong address, Contacted both the organization but response is same "your application has been processed successfully and card is under printing. Further, the pan card will be dispatched by the income tax department to the registered address at the earliest" Whenever i tried to mail them they are sending same response, (Service head) I called there and the concerned person (Mr rakesh g b & ms lipsy) promised to get back to me with status after an hour but the call never came. Instead now they are saying directly contact to uti-itsl, but i had paid fees to emudhra, They also forcing me to send back pan card again to utiitsl, Why i should invest or waist my money when mistake is from there side. I applied for the reissue of my pan card, as it is lost. I went for applying on this site and when I did payment, the site has been collapsed.
