Emvantage Payments — amount not refunded yet

On 21st september, 2017 i have done shopping through WWW.amazon.in. and paid an amount of rs. 2438.00 /- through my debit card, the order was failed but money has been deducted from my account. Then i communicated with amazon customer service and they said that they haven't received money. Later i
Contacted the bank where i had an account and they checked the transaction details and said that the amount was credited to emvantage payment pvt. Ltd.
So they can not refund the money.

Kindly refund the same amount

Please provide details of products purchased from Amazon on 05 and 29 of 2020 on[protected] of emvantage payment as the payment was done from some elderly mans account without his knowledge.It is request to know the person and his address.
