Transaction Date : 13 March 2021

Description : Purchased 3 Month Prime membership on Amazon for Rs 329 using Net Banking. Money was deducted from bank but Amazon saying they have received hard decline for the order. I contacted Amazon customer support for this. They asked me to raise dispute with bank. I raised dispute with Bank and bank resolved the dispute saying that money has been transferred to Biller : EMVANTAGE PAYMENTS....

Amount got deducted from my icici account and transaction was unsuccessful.As informed from bank and Amazon, payment is with emvantage.Amount is 999.Transaction date.20 May 2021.BIL/ONL/[protected]/Amazon Sel/150j5fDe

I am reporting fraud on behalf of my father, who is the victim.

This below transaction has not been done from our side. My father received the amount debited messages from the SBI bank. We block the SBI account.

Please register our complaint. I want my father's hard earned money back.

An amount of Rs20, 499/- has been deducted from my account and transferred to EMVantage account of Amazon on 31st March 2021. I have informed the SBI regarding this and no response from their side. Thats why I am posting this in the customer care. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference and let me know any further details are required from my side. Please do the needful and help me to get back the money deducted.

I am sunil kalawat i have been frauded by amazon an unauthorised payment has been transphered to emvangement payments of ₹1400 and ₹1600 total ₹ 3000 .
this unauthorised transpher was on 05/05/2021 .
from my bank acount of SBI .
i wana acknowledg why this has been conducted through your company ....

Sir i will paid Rs. 999 for Amazon prime vedio through your Gateway in April 15
But Amazon told not paid. But in my bank statement it would debited. Please check and activate my Account...

On 19th December 2020 the amount got debited from my SBI account of Rs3799/-. I didn't made any payment on that day. Kindly check and credit my amount back...

Money got deducted from my account automatically and it was transferred to EMVANTAGE PAYMENTS of 2065 rupees on Sep 28 th 2020. I have complined same in SBI, but after few days they said it was nothing to do with them and I need to contact to cyber crime. Then I came across this customer service.

Sir yesterday on 25/6/2020, there are 2 transaction taken place of rs 1000 and another of 4000 at 3:32 pm and at 3:34 pm without my consent on the name of AMAZON.

When i contacted my bank SBI,
they told me to raise the complaint against emvantage pvt ltd.

I have not done these txns from my end.

I even contacted the amzone and they suggested me to send the txn details which i sent them...
