Transaction Date : 13 March 2021

Description : Purchased 3 Month Prime membership on Amazon for Rs 329 using Net Banking. Money was deducted from bank but Amazon saying they have received hard decline for the order. I contacted Amazon customer support for this. They asked me to raise dispute with bank. I raised dispute with Bank and bank resolved the dispute saying that money has been transferred to Biller : EMVANTAGE PAYMENTS. I should reach out to EMVANTAGE PAYMENTS.

I tried opening their website but it is not opening. I also tried calling few number available on web but all were wrong number.

I have email from Amazon saying that they have not received funds and email confirmation from bank saying money has been transferred.

From Bank Executive, I also have transaction reference number 66784981.

I am reporting fraud on behalf of my father, who is the victim.

This below transaction has not been done from our side. My father received the amount debited messages from the SBI bank. We block the SBI account.

Please register our complaint. I want my father's hard earned money back.

Date of incident - 17-May-2021
Rupees deducted - INR 179000 total (40000 + 40000 + 40000 + 40000 + 19000)

An amount of Rs20, 499/- has been deducted from my account and transferred to EMVantage account of Amazon on 31st March 2021. I have informed the SBI regarding this and no response from their side. Thats why I am posting this in the customer care. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference and let me know any further details are required from my side. Please do the needful and help me to get back the money deducted.

Complaint marked as Resolved

Received the email . And resolved with the bank. It was a failed transaction and got resolved. Money was safe in the account.

Money got deducted from my account automatically and it was transferred to EMVANTAGE PAYMENTS of 2065 rupees on Sep 28 th 2020. I have complined same in SBI, but after few days they said it was nothing to do with them and I need to contact to cyber crime. Then I came across this customer service.

Please find the attached screenshot for your reference, and let me know if you need any information from my side. Please do the needful and help me to get my money back.

When I check my mini statement, which looks like 2000.00 to transfer
2000.00 to transfer
999.00 to transfer

Sir yesterday on 25/6/2020, there are 2 transaction taken place of rs 1000 and another of 4000 at 3:32 pm and at 3:34 pm without my consent on the name of AMAZON.

When i contacted my bank SBI,
they told me to raise the complaint against emvantage pvt ltd.

I have not done these txns from my end.

I even contacted the amzone and they suggested me to send the txn details which i sent them today.
And waiting for the reply.
