[Resolved] Emvantage Payments Pvt. Ltd — Online paid amount not refunded even order is canceled

Dear madam/sir,

I had booked a order no : 6167135 on 31st march 2014 and payment made through netbanking using icici netbanking for buying a shoe. The amount rs. 383 (Three hundred eighty three rupees only) is debited to my account and paid to emvantage payments pvt. Ltd. The payment id is[protected].

After many calls through phone and mails above mentioned company did refund my paid amount.Even as per conversation i sent them bank payment confirmation details in pdf format.

The above said company now not accepting payment receving.

Please help me to find the payment.
