I have already informed amazon and odisha cyber police regarding the amount which are deducted from my bank account without my consent. As there was no amazon account in my name i createded a amazon id only to contact amazon. After contacting amazon had refunded rs108641/- and 89922/- but rs 67999/ - not refunded by amazon till now. As the transaction were in 14th july 2019 and i informed amazon on 16th july amazon could have stop the shipping and refund the amount. If other two amount were refunded then why rs 67999/ - is not refunded to me.
Please take necessary steps to refund my amount and arrest the culprit who has done the fraud in amazon. You can know / trace the address of the buyer who has purchased something by this money

Unauthorised payment has been done from my father's account on 05 Dec and 29 Dec of 2019 from purchase from Amazon[protected] of Emvantage payment. Please diclose what has been purchased and the person who has purchased and his details.

    Sorry for the complaint. Have checked all over and found that the amount deducted was for electricity bill which I have done through Amazon pay. Since in my bank statement Amazon was not mentioned that's why I contacted you. I would like to take back my complaint

      Hello,

      This is regarding one order placed through a business account on amazon on 3rd aug 2019. The payment was done using sbi corporate banking. The account shows that the payment is successful and money is deducted from our account. But amazon has not received, amazon representatives say they see a hard decline.

      In the account statement, it clearly reflects transaction reference number and given via or to emvantage.

      Can you please check if the transaction is complete? And how to proceed if not

        I have placed order for our purchase of carpet in Amazon.in web site and made payment on line through ICICI bank for Rs.1199 on 3rd Jan 2020.The transaction ID No.is[protected] and the payment is done to Emvantage Payments.

          On 21st september, 2017 i have done shopping through WWW.amazon.in. and paid an amount of rs. 2438.00 /- through my debit card, the order was failed but money has been deducted from my account. Then i communicated with amazon customer service and they said that they haven't received money. Later i
          Contacted the bank where i had an account and they checked the transaction details and said that the amount was credited to emvantage payment pvt. Ltd.
          So they can not refund the money.

          Date of transaction: 21.09.2017

          Kindly refund the same amount

                I wish to bring to your kind notice stating that on 26th may 2015 i made a transaction for job opportunity providing to me, accordingly i made payments through emvantage gate way as per job provider on line contact with me. As i am job seeker and i paid nearly 40, 000/- rupees through this payment gate way.

                          I have been cheated by Vacations Gateway, Vacations Gateway has charged my credit card but has not delivered the promised gifts. It seems that Vacations Gateway has been cheating a lot of customers as a lot of complaints can be found on various consumer forums. Therefore there is a need for swift action before the company winds up and a lot of customers like myself end up losing a lot of hard earned money.                             Hi, I made a purchase on Yepme.com with Order # 12727472 on 25th March 2015. I used ICICI netbanking to make the payment and Rs 398 (Three Hundred Ninety Eight) were debited from my ICICI bank account. The bank transaction ID is[protected]. However, Yepme.com has specified that they haven't received the payment of Rs. 398, while ICICI has confirmed that the amount has been debited from my account and passed on to EMVANTAGE Payments Pvt.                               I made a donation of Rs. 1, 890/- on 20th of February 2015 with my HDFC Credit Card towards Relief India Trust which was not successful as acknowledged by the website. Reference ID: RIT[protected]RIAF Amount: 1890 Message: No response or an invalid response from ePG. Whereas my credit card banker has confirmed the above donation is indeed a successful transaction. Transaction Authorization Code: 082866 How could it be? As on date my failed transaction donation of Rs. 1, 890/- is not refunded yet.                                       Dear Sir, Last week some called me and stated that he is calling from Naukri Jobs. He asked me about my profile and discussed long time. Finally he said that some immediate job requirement at Chennai and its matching your profile, so we will arrange meeting immediately him say for that he ask me to pay one time registration fees and after that call is transferred to someone else. As per their directions I logged into Naukri Profile and paid around 15, 000 at three transactions. But I didn’t receive any payment receipt and money detected automatically from my account. Forth call they ask me to pay 7, 500, but I come to know they are foolish me and I stopped to pay. They could not arrange job interview as per the schedule; I called them again and asked them to refund total money which is paid by me. Now nobody answers my call. Please do necessary action.
