I made a donation of Rs. 1, 890/- on 20th of February 2015 with my HDFC Credit Card towards Relief India Trust which was not successful as acknowledged by the website. Reference ID: RIT[protected]RIAF Amount: 1890 Message: No response or an invalid response from ePG. Whereas my credit card banker has confirmed the above donation is indeed a successful transaction. Transaction Authorization Code: 082866 How could it be? As on date my failed transaction donation of Rs. 1, 890/- is not refunded yet. I talked to Relief India Trust personnel and they confirmed the transaction is not reflected. Kindly help me on how to go about receiving refund of above failed donation amount of Rs. 1, 890/-. I have attached the failed transaction acknowledgement pdf file as well as my credit card statement snapshot. Looking forward to receiving your response at the earliest.
