[Resolved] Enbee Plantations Ltd. — Non payment of cheques issued againt the debenture No.00384002 to 00384003 | |||
Sir, I have purchased one unit of Enbee Plantation Ltd, Bhopal for Rs3000/- in[protected] which are to be matured in 20017. But the said company closed the scheme in 2000 and issued 4 debentures alongwith cheques. On submitting the cheques in bank for clearing. It is bounced due to insuffient fund in the account of company. So, pl. arrange the payment of the above cheques and take suitable action against the forged company under intimation to the undersigned by mobile no.[protected] or by [protected]@gmail.com. I have got Enbee plantation debenture certificate of 100 each.

I have invested Rs 4200/- in the year 1997.And the issued folio number AB086344 /bond certificate number AB1411132AB14114. They have given advance check of state bank of India MP nagar Bhopal.Cheque number-357425 of Rs.42000/- & thay have issued the above debenture certificate on 01/03/2000.Till date we have not recieved any interest. So please contact us.

yes i am totaly agree with the complaints as cited above i am also one of the victim of the scheme.
i had also invested in the enbee plantation schemes during those days
but the company has totaly failed to fulfil their promise and we could not get back even our original invested amount so far vide my folio no nb 008890
i am holding debenture certificates issued on 01.03.200 in my favour
their no are[protected] and[protected]. the total no of debentures are 160
kindly advise me through this forum whether the amount can be received back and how!
your guidance in the matter will be highly appreciated.
