Enkay Castle — Enkay Garden - Not Handing Over the Flat for over 13 years - Need Refund

Address:Enkay Garden, Enkay Castle, 5th Floor, Raheja Arcade, Vashi

I need refund for the booked flat in Lotus BLDG, Enkay Garden Wavange, Taloja. Booked in 2009, registered in 2013 and loan sanctioned in 2013 and still waiting. I need refund for my flat. Builder is not reachable over phone, email or any other source. I feel I am cheated and planning to file a case.
