I had booked 2 bhk flat in enkay garden vavanje villge at taloja midc area new mumbai in the year 2011 april, and was supposed to get possession of the flat by october 2012.in between i used to get reminders for the payments at regularly and paid whole money looking in to work progress after visit. But after final installment in the year 2015 things stopped for a very long time.in october 2016 i got message to take possession of the flat...

Enkay Garden - Not Handing Over the Flat for over 13 years - Need Refund

I need refund for the booked flat in Lotus BLDG, Enkay Garden Wavange, Taloja. Booked in 2009, registered in 2013 and loan sanctioned in 2013 and still waiting. I need refund for my flat. Builder is not reachable over phone, email or any other source. I feel I am cheated and planning to file a case.

Hello, Abhi I would strongly recommend you file a Consumer Case against the proprietor of Enkay Garden, Bhupesh Babu. Further, I recommend you file a Written Complaint Against him in Economics Offence Wing. Further, in case of any help, you can connect with me at [protected]@absocorplegal.in.

goan near taloja midc, raigad distric on 02/04/2010 taken my flat possession on
13/09/2015 no midc water supply, no electricity meter, no internal tar road, no bus

We thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
For all the news and some rumors that are surrounding us, we would like to clarify that our Project - Enkay Garden at Taloja has all the required permissions and approvals for its development.
Phase I & II of the project have commencement certificate from Alibaug Town Planning Authority, Environmental clearance and other such required permissions. Permission from Airport Authority of India has also been acquired.
Buyers in Phase I of the project have been given possession in the year 2013 and individual electricity meters and MIDC water is being provided to them. The construction work in Phase II is under progress, it was stalled for sometime due to delay in environment clearance, however it has been resolved and the permissions are in place. Work has begun in full swing and we intend to complete the work at phase II soon.
The project has approvals from various banks for providing home loans. These loans have been disbursed only because of legal and technical clearance of the property.
Enkay Garden is a well planned township that offers excellent homes amid natural beauty. We at Enkay are confident about its progress and we hope that this information clears most of your queries.

Builder are bloody Chor. We have not recieved the money back yet.
It's was offered good roi. But still till builder is not able to give single money back from principal money invested. Broker like Piramal has turned back and said he won't interfere in between builder n buyer.
Bhupesh Babu is always giving fake promises.
