I am unable to complete eNPS registration. In order to complete registration, When I try to login with Acknowledgement id 11038726 a message pops up saying that 'Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway Please try again after sometime'. I am trying for the last two days but not any success. My PRAN number is not generated also. Can some body help me to resolve this problem so that I can make initial payment and complete my registration...

Pran is not generated and no IPIN was alloted to me. Phone is not being picked up. I wrote several mails to info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in. Nothing is working for me. This financial year is getting out of my hand quickly. I wonder what kind of online portal is enps?
Once in a while portal opens against ack no. 11027520. But after processing at payment portal an error message pops. That is : There was an errorwhile receiving the response from payment gateway.
The possible reasons could be:
1 Duplicate message received
2. Unable tp parse response
3. If your payment was successful, you will receive credit o[censored]nits after two working days in your PRAN account.
However I have not yet been alloted my PRAN Number. Many two working days have elapsed. Please resolve the issue.

I am unable to complete eNPS registration. In order to complete registration you are requested to enter the bank details but I am unable to use HDFC0000573 IFSC code while submitting the bank details. It is the IFSC code of HDFC Bank, Gandhi Nagar, Ghaziabad. Is there any way to get it resolved?
