The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Regarding Bank MICR code correction
Maine Pran form 27/12/2016 ko bhara tha... form Bank MICR code incorrect update ho gya hai
correction ke liye apne document CRA office mumbai ko 24/01/2017 ko sent kiya tha magar abhi tak usme koi correction nhi hua hai please mera correct bank MICR code update karr dijiye..

I am unable to complete eNPS registration. In order to complete registration, When I try to login with Acknowledgement id 11027520 a message pops up saying that 'Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway Please try again after sometime'. Can some body help me to resolve this problem so that I can make initial payment and complete my registration......
