I visited Bhandarkar Road Pune branch on 18th July for facial & eyebrows after recommendations from friend. Staff was busy chatting with each other ignoring customers at door. I was overcharged for the above services than actual. I realized it next day when I saw invoices sent on my email. I asked for refund but nothing happened from their side except apology mail from Varun Nair. No one contacted me from salon, I kept calling for refund & shared my bank details. Also I was tactfully convinced to take their membership for which they have not provided me any invoice or proof of membership paid. I called on 21st July asking for my Refund, I was told their accountant is unwell & I have to wait for next 8 days.
It was very unexpected unprofessional behavior from Enrich Salon. Govt officials should keep some check on big chains for hard selling their products & membership & not providing invoices for the same. Was this information helpful? |
