I heard lot about Enrich, I thought i should give it a try. I had coloured hair and had got dry, they had this office for first time customer 50% off.

I just visited enrich salon Mira road today for a haircut and the technician checked my hair like I'm an alien and then he told me that I have lice in my hair so he can't perform my service however when I returned I used a lice comb to check and found out there was not a single lice in my hair.
This is really embarassing and pathetic service I'm really thinking why did I go to enrich in the first place and I'm never going there again...

Overcharged than actuals & No membership receipt

I visited Bhandarkar Road Pune branch on 18th July for facial & eyebrows after recommendations from friend. Staff was busy chatting with each other ignoring customers at door. I was overcharged for the above services than actual. I realized it next day when I saw invoices sent on my email. I asked for refund but nothing happened from their side except apology mail from Varun Nair. No one contacted me from salon, I kept calling for refund & shared my bank details. Also I was tactfully convinced to take their membership for which they have not provided me any invoice or proof of membership paid. I called on 21st July asking for my Refund, I was told their accountant is unwell & I have to wait for next 8 days.
It was very unexpected unprofessional behavior from Enrich Salon. Govt officials should keep some check on big chains for hard selling their products & membership & not providing invoices for the same.

Negligence of Service

I visited Enrich on 1st May 2022 for a haircut. I clearly explained the hairdresser Siddesh Taware what haircut I need, showed the pic & 4 times mentioned that do not make it short. I had asked for long blunt cut. Even while he was chopping my hair & I realised that they are making it too short, I again reconfirmed that don't make it short. He eventually gave me extremely short blunt cut which doesn't even touch my shoulder. When I complained, they offered me some treatment of injecting proteins in my scalp. But from their body language & tone, I was not convinced. I am now going through multiple mental breakdowns which is affecting my personal & professional life. Enrich refused to take any action against Siddesh saying it was just a small mistake. It will take almost more than a year for my hair to grow back as he has made it too short. I am unable to attend any social function & literally keep myself locked in room. I want Enrich to take some action against Siddesh for ruining my life & career.

POOR CUSTOMER CALL CENTER
- the call center girl first asked me if i am interested to register with the brand, upon denying she refused to book me a service
- the call center girl refuses to book appointments for more than 1 person on one registered mobile number for billing purposes - this is the most illogical thing i have heard
SITE STAFF
- brand manager is mannerless. She interrupts you before you finish. She has absolutely no customer experience training and customer mgmt/ problem solving
- after being assigned a spot to start my service - i was asked by 3 different staff - the reason i was there for.
- technicians try to sell you high priced services, let alone the fact that their basic services are already highly priced- the branch has network issues and doesn’t support all mobile networks, and doesn’t event offer free wifi to customers. Reason given by branch manager/main attendant "because previously we have had someone hack our system" - DEAR ENRICH OWNER, we are living in 21st century not 19th century you seemed to have not grown yet.
-i was there for a mani pedi and shocked to see the quality of the nail paints available to choose from. - cheap quality. They had 2-3 colors of OPI brand just to tick the box of offering opi - if you ask for more colors you will be asked to pay additional 350inr. I left without applying nail paint
- at checkout i clearly expressed my dissatisfaction and the manager, she just sat there trying to ignore me first and when i further expressed my frustration, and as an example i told her about the poor quality of nail paints and lack of colors she immediately denied and there her technicians under the bus by saying "i dont know why the technicians are saying we dont have colors"

Enrich salon brand management is such a coward they dont even have a google review open for genuine feedback. Which clearly shows they are no interested in providing genuine service. They are only operating to rip money off people.

Hi my name is vipin dadhich I am from Jaipur Rajasthan your one enrich saloon employee nitin madhiwal I don't know which branch he is working he is taking me 36000rs for credit card bill deposit bad told me enrich giving me salary then I will give you but 6month past he is not giving me my money plz request you told him to give my money I will put fir against him I am giving you an complaint because your saloon is reputed saloon plz don't appoint this types of employees

Damaging my hair

On the 16th of Jan, I went to this salon for colouring my hair. Pranit coloured my hair but along with colouring he also damaged my hair and burnt them with the chemicals.
i am not able to wash them. they have become so hard and dry.. rough and difficult to handle. always tangled. my hair used to be very silky and smoothy by birth.
now they are not able to fix it. i want my refund from them. whatever they charged me and also ask them to fix it back. it's been so months now...

Incorrect Charges

I had visited the Growels branch in September for a haircut (for my wife and myself) they incorrectly added the hair wash charges which were not supposed to be charged. Even after multiple attempts to call them there isn't any satisfactory response. Thanks Jeetu Bhatia. [protected]

I had been to so many good salons where I have received an exceptional service. This year I happened to gift my mom a gift card of worth rs 2500/- from Enrich Powai.
Due to covid situation we went a few months later and I gave them my number and the gift card.
I asked them the cost of facial over there for which they didn't give us any estimate and just told us to wait. After sometime a girl came and took my mom with her. I again asked them the estimate but they didn't give me and I assumed it may come around maximum Rs 3000. I left and later came to know they had literally charged my mom approx Rs 5800 for a facial. Gift card was about Rs 2500 and she had to pay extra Rs 3200. Okay fine taken into consideration, even if your rates are high, the least you could have done is given us an estimate before and when you are charging us so much atleast do the proper facial procedure.
They just gave a face massage without steam and other necessary process.
First and worst experience with enrich.
I am not going to recommend this salon to anyone ever.

Charged extra

I have been shared extra from the actual amount just to sell complimentary products, the service which was told to me is cost 5000 dey have actually charged 6250 for that as well as for the mask which was clearly told to me will cost 750 is been priced at 928
My bill was been added with 18% gst and even the service price were raised which was not even in the menu just to get more money and they being smart have sent me a mailed bill of only 11800 wherein they have charged me almost 22000 for the same

Hi,
I took an appointment at enrich malad infinity.
The service offered to me was horrible i went for rebounding your stylist recommended me color and haircut.
I said i need balayage she said some technical terms and some global highlights and what all.
She charged me with 10k.
The color on my hair was not to be seen at all, without my consent purple was done. Though i told her i m into teaching and i can’t have bold colors like green blue.
When i went home saw my color it was horrible not to be seen.
The i told her it was horrible then she called me next day said she will correct the same but she spoiled it more.
My natural hair was 10 time better than what is done now.
You people spoiled my hair and i paid for it.
I’m extremely terrified with this horrible color that was given to me and forced product sale.
Mahogany was the one she did which was not to be seen in natural light but was only to be seen in enrich lights.
Then fold smthjng she did and spoiled my hair forever.

Enrich chandivali salon, the staff is absolutely rude. The hairstylist ruined my haircut even after me giving him a 1000 instructions. To top that they charged me for a kerastase hair wash which i wasnt even informed about. The lady at the cash counter later told me very rudely that hair wash is never included in the hair cut. Shouldn’t i be informed about all this and also the product being used before the service?

The kings circle mumbai branch of the enrich salon cheated me by lying to me on the shampoo that they were using for my hair wash. While washing my hair the stylist sonal confirmed that she was using the kérastase bain divalent shampoo and when i finished my hair wash and asked her to show me the bottle she said she used kérastase dermo care shampoo as per instructions given by stylist deepak.
When i took up the matter with the salon front desk it turned out that the shampoo bain divalent was not in stock at all and they had complete plans for cheating me had i not asked sonal to show me the shampoo. They are such liars and cheaters. Inspite of raising multiple complaints with the enrich team they have done nothing about this. The salon also refused to share details on their stock of the bain divalent shampoo with me as i was earlier also given a hair wash claiming it was with this shampoo.

I have visited enrich kundanhalli branch for hair cut, i have mentioned the stylist multiple times don't cut too much, just trim my hair, she have made.my hair like Bob cut and it is the worst cut i have never seen still now, i will share this experience to everyone in my friends circle and i will recommend not to visit enrich saloons

Hair dresser dharmendra was assigned to me even when told i don't want him as my last service was not good
He got my colour totally wrong and then they kept calling me two weeks saying a trainer has to check ur hair and not doing or correcting the colour.
They spoiled my diwali totally and to told me u have given instructions incorrectly.. They totally denied it's thier fault and kept me waiting. This is absolutely crap service as i am paying exhoberant amount of money for the brand so i don't risk my hair..

Terrible experience, hairstylist Naneshwar was not willing to do job, did not rinse n dry hair properly, nightmarish, attitude n skill sucks.will never visit again

Since last five years almost i use to go to enrich shyamal ahmedabad salon with one devang bhaty, a senior hairstylist, this diwali due to offers i have asked him for appointment and he gave me a time but when i went to salon he introduced another hairstylist namely vishal gohel and they have saw me pics on their mobile (Devang) and said to highlight my colour on copper base highlights but that guy had pre lighted my hairs like it was almost white nd by not washed my hair that vishal started my work nd after almost two hours he finished only pre lightening...!!! And after they both vishal nd devang decided to each other that if my hair is totally so light my highlights colour will not suit me so recommended again 8.3 blonde shade and baliya style... It is very surprising that they changed their statements according their work’s result!!! Such as after knowing that this lady’s hair is not as per her wish let her introduce something else according their results!!! And after again two hours while he final washed my hair it was totally changed result... I mean twice they changed my service decision nd it was almost 17, 733 /- rupees i have spent they gave me result that my hair don’t look nice even all hairs looks alike mahendi hair nd no highlights on the contrary on asking vishal that where is devang he was disappear after my final hair wash and on asking for him they said he was out for some work and on complaining on reception desk they said that maam it’s look nice this nd that to convince me for whatever they did it was good in spite of listen their customer’s complain genuinely they covers their mistake... Again while i messaged devang on whatsapp he called me late evening by said come tomorrow i will correct that mistake... My question is after your mistakes what about for our timing which i have wasted already time nd money and also after another chemical treatment of highlights my hair will definitely become more weak and dry... Who will be responsible for all this bothers to customers and what about complimenting smoothing hair facilities... If this is a perfect forum to solve our complaints kindly contact me... Otherwise have to file complaint before consumer court

I got qod treatment from enrich salon, amanaura mall, pune. The treatment is supposed to infuse protein in your hair while making your hair frizz free and smooth. It is supposed to long for 30-35 washes. After i washed my hair first time after the treatment, my hair was back to normal as it was before the treatment, as if the entire treatment cream has washed away. I fail to understand that how is it even possible, that in one wash my hair is again frizzy. The only rational explanation to it is that either they used fake product or very less quantity of the product due to which it could not give the desired result. Even after the treatment my hair was not shining or frizz free. But i thought that may be blow dried my hair, that is why it is a lil frizzy. But when i washed my hair i was shocked to see my hair getting back to normal. They have charged rs 7200. So i just wasted rs 7200 for nothing. My hair looks exactly the same as it was. A treatment which was supposed to last for 30 washes didn't even lasted for 1 wash.
They must be exposed. They are befooling fool. Also on top of that they make you sign some form before the treatment so that if anything goes wrong, we can't claim anything from them. This practice itself shows that a lot of people must have complained to them about the effective results of this treatment. That is why they make their customers sign such form.
I have attached pictures of same treatment which i got from some other salon. The results were amazing. (In pink top). My hair looks so shiny, lustrous, nourished and frizz free.
On the other hand, i have attached pictures of treatment i got from enrich. Hair looks the normal the way i have.
Anybody can make out the difference in results of the same treatment from different salons.

The managers of this salon are eating away the customers money. The bill is never generated, nor is any mail sent to us. There's a scam running in this salon. Today the membership in my mom's name had expired, this guy, despite me resisting the move - renewed the membership in my name.
They didn't even give any bill or any breakups, charged more money as intended. The managers are keeping the money in their pockets. And upon calling them, they became abusive on the phone - the guy manager name is sagar and there was this another fair lady. They should be arrested immediately.

they made me wait for half hour. did not give me male stylist even after specifically asking for it

I booked an appointment at 4.50 for hair spa. They made me wait for more than half an hour. Even after asking for male stylist specifically, they appointed female stylist. Highly unprofessional. They push their problems on to customers. When they make you wait, receptionist don't even come and talk to you or explain. They charge huge fees for thier services. But they services are not worth. I am cancelling my membership. Also if anyone asks me i will never recommend them enrich. Particularly chakala, tandon mall outlet. This has happened second time. untrained beautician spilled hot wax leading to 3rd degree burn

I had booked for home service on 01-May @6pm
Cartridge wax was used for waxing. First cartridge had no issues. When the beautician warmed the second cartridge in the microwave for 2 mins and then applied, the cover just opened and the hot wax spilled over the leg . The skin got peeled off badly. Have attached the pic for reference.
Called up immediately, the official spoke to the beautician but did nothing. Logged a written complaint with the customer care on 3rd May. Varun Nair, Asst Manager called up and he said it was the mistake by the beautician as she heated up for 2 mins as against the protocol of 30-40 secs.
On 10th May, this is what I get as response - "Trust our skin expert and salon team had been in touch with you and also wish to inform you that we have credited 2094 gift card points to the enrich account". The amount 2094 is what we had paid the beautician for the service on 1st May.
Cannot mention the inconvenience caused by the pain and daily cleaning of the wound. My husband is a doctor and hence all this was taken care by him. To list the other inconveniences:
1. She is a marathon runner, but cannot run as she cannot even properly walk as the burn has happened on the knee fold.
2. She is doing her internship at Colaba. She used to travel by train from Ghatkopar. But she has to take a cab.
3. She is not able to wear jeans, slacks, etc, had to shop a good no of knee above dresses.

The technician madhavi caused scalding on my skin with 2nd degree burn! I had to visit the hospital post that. I have been calling them for over a fortnight and they are not providing any response.
I was burned by scalding. I kept telling the technician to use slightly less hot as it was burning hot and i could literally feel the burning sensation all over me. If big salons like enrich will cause scalding burns to people - this is preposterous!

fraud calls and misleading
I got a call from enrich tardeo that 500 points have been credited in my account but when i went to the outlet, there were no credits. I want those points in my account if i’ve got a call or else stop lying on calls. The call was from [protected]. You’ll have to compensate for this. I’ve been mistreated again because i had enrolled for the free trial membership of 3 months online but i again didn’t even get that. Is that how you treat your customers by providing no benefits? I generally don’t use high priced salons but i loved enrich the last time and then points had been credited lasting for a month so i wanted to avail them. This is total disappointment and i’m sorry but pathetic service and help provided by the outlet as well.

I had booked an appointment today i. E 8th february 2018 at 5:30 pm at bandra west hill road enrich salon. I had booked an appointment for the regular international wax full hands, half legs, underarms and brazilian wax, but when i went inside for my service i wasn't asked for which wax i had asked for, i thought the lady (Sushmita) who had taken my service knew still i told her that it's regular international wax but she started using catrdrige wax on me without asking i thought maybe this is a new thing which is introduced in the salon. Which i later came to know that there is nothing like that and i had been fooled. I even asked the lady that is it the new thing that you people have started she said yes it is. At the time of brazilian wax, first she used the bead wax on me which didn't work then she went and brought another wax with the strips and at the service time there was continuous knocking at the door which was outrageous and disturbing. I told the lady as well that this is not good. After this when i get my service done which was not proper as the waxing was not done properly. I go to the counter where another lady is fighting and there is alot of commotion and disturbance at the counter. At the time of billing i tried talking to them to tell them about the bad service but they were all paranoid with the other lady's shouting so i couldn't say my part and even weren't paying attention to what i was saying. I went there with my friend we both took the same service but i received a very bad service and was charged alot unnecessarily. I had not asked for the catrdrige wax. The lady who took my service didn't even ask and overall service was also pathetic. I'm really disappointed as this is first time i went to the bandra salon and faced this issue. Kindly look into this matter and help me with a solution as i'm not going to take this up lightly. They give me appointment we had call
Than i reach on given time... Than they asked me to go back as our slot is busy..in very rude behavior.. They don't have right to deal there customer like this.
I am very much eager for hair color so i go to phoneix enrich for hair color they give me details of prize i said ok with 5000 rs for color than they say pre lightening we charge 2000 i said ok show me one test... Than i go for tester... I found 60% result on my hair i get agree than they started color without lightening... But once it done there is no impact on my hair... I said i am paying u so much amount but no results. They said come next day will go for pre lightening than color will come as per appointment i come on time, when i reached salon they say sorry we forget to inform you but we don't have artist to attend so they said come by 8pm, i wait till 8...in mall with my kid after that when i reached there.. They said wait for few minutes... I wait for half hr... When my turn comes they say sorry to say but our product for prelighting is finished so can you come on thursday... I said what hell is going than they said we can't help...
Being normal girl i came there 3time but they are very rude and attendings other customers in front of me but start arguing..
Please help me i can't bear this insult, i want to teach them lesson that everyone have feeling even though they are not reach

These guys fixed an appointment for 6.20 and when i reached, they said i have to wait for 10 mins and made me wait for 1.5 hours. Very unprofessional unmanaged team. They never gave me a call and said that the service would be delayed. I waster my one and a half hour with them. Very shameful. They even asked me to go and come back later which was all the more irritating.

cheating of customers - tardeo sobo central branch

To - enrich salon customer service.
This mail is with regards to the terrible and cheatful sevice offer by enrich salon at tardeo sobo central branch.
I went to tardeo sobo branch on this last saturday late evening around 2150 hrs for just just an eyebrow and upper lip threading. On that i was put offer an offer that if you buy 2 keratasse shampoos u are eligible for points ranging from 100 up to 2500 points for which u need to spin a wheel on the tab. I first spin gave me 2250 points and the lady on the counter named jenny said it was a trail spin and u need to do it again.. Later i was told to do a second spin and i did it and on that i got 2500 points which pretty surprised her and on top of that she said that too was a trail spin and told me to do a third spin.. May be she was waiting for my points to come to a smaller amt and this is the way u people keeping fooling customers hence i refused to do it again and said that i will not do it again as i did not ask for trial spin. To top it up she sends me a photo on my phone showing 200 points post me leaving the salon for which i have not even touched the spin post me getting 2500 points..
Does enrich think customers are fools???
U may check my records and i practically visit this branch every week and u may also check my billing till date.. So many times there are errors and mistakes done by them at billing counter but all this while i have kept quiet so that i don’t spoil my long term association with them as some people working in that salon are so very nice and just like friends to me..
But this time the behaviour and the way this was handled is completely unprofessional..
I need it in writing that i need my 2500 points which i have earned it and compensation towards the same..
I wait for your revert else it does nothing take long to take this matter to the next level.

haircut
I went for a haircut to enrich salon at sion circle yesterday i. E 28/08/2018. I am a member also. My registered no. [protected] and name abhishek tyagi. I expected a better service considering i paid extra for senior hairdresser.
However, the service was really bad. The staff was extremely unprofessional and gave a really bad haircut. This was the worst haircut i ever got.
I want the refund of my membership as well as the haircut service that i ecieved

pathetic haircut + double charge for it + cheating

I have visited Enrich saloon (Coral Classic) in Chembur East on 14/08/2018.
This was my first visit with Enrich so I am hoping for the good services, looking at their profiles and ambiances.
I have asked over a phone that I am having a short hair (Just till shoulder) and I wanted to have a haircut. So if you have someone who is an expert in cutting short hairs I would like to visit. They confirmed that they will be assigning a creative hair designer for my haircut.
But things turn out to be a total disaster:
Cheating/lie: They assign some senior stylist (less trained) and he was not sure that he will be able to cut my haircut. Still, they haven't changed.
Pathetic haircut: I had layers with step cut hairstyle. and did an old 90s blunt cut out of it. I was really very disappointed by it and I have said I am not satisfied with it. But they were totally ignorant.
Double charge: They charged me the double amount of what they have said on phone. Just because that stylish was senior.
This was my first experience with Enrich saloon, but I think what they value is money. Not the satisfaction of the customer.
Not recommend to any of the people who are valuing their money.

forceful product selling- feel cheated

Based on my cousins recommendation, I fixed a telephonic apppointment with your call center for a hair treatment on 13/7/2018 at 3 pm at your vikas paradise branch.
The treatment I asked for was cysteine and on phone I was quoted a charge of approximately 8-9.5 k. You can verify the same from the voice recordings.
I came to the branch and started the hair treatment . Before the hair treatment process started, I was communicated by the stylist, yogita
about the hair treatment and products & that the total cost will be approx 10.5. It was never mentioned that cost for the treatment will be approx 10k and additionally there will be another 10k for the products and the total bill will come to around 20k. Based on internet reviews and my cousins personal experience before the treatment - this treatment was supposedly to be within total cost of 10-11 k.
After the treatment was done, I was asked to pay around 20k . I was shocked and communicated that I do not want the products .. I repeatedly shared the complete miscommunication by the stylist . I also told that my cousin had bought some product and yet the total bill including the treatment was only around 11k. On this the customer support representative checked her bill and conveniently lied that Sera Joseph bought the same product but has availed points hence the amount is less.. ( almost 9k difference cannot be just by points) . I was told that the bill for 20k has been prepared and I have to pay the amount. I had a cab waiting for me and gave into the pressure and paid close to 20k for this. That is when my cousin texted me on seeing the bill she received by email saying that I have been cheated. She also sent me the picture of the products she purchased which was not the same ones given to me ( note : minutes ago your staff lied she bought the same product and paid less because of points redeemed). I showed this to the staff and immediately within a span of 5 mins asked for a change of product. They had no answer and started apologizing.
On 13th I left the products in the salon despite having paid the full amount, and one of the customer service staff assured me that she will solve the problem today or maximum by time when I come back for hair wash . However today I was told that they have been unsuccessful to touch base with head office staff and I had to get the products along me .. I was told that the head office is closed on Saturday and Sunday and hence only on Monday I will get a solution ..
I felt as all the staff out there have been trained to miss sell products to customers and I was pressurized to pay the amount ..
I am deeply disappointed by the experience .. what will you gain by this service and customer dissatisfaction.
