I heard lot about Enrich, I thought i should give it a try. I had coloured hair and had got dry, they had this office for first time customer 50% off.
when i went they assigned a stylist who didn't have any experience, seeing my hair he advised to do QOD treatment and Global. His name Kiran from Matunga branch, he was able to do the treatment with ease, and took 6 hours to do, and no one asking for basic tea/coffee. My treatment got over at 11PM, they told to come tomorrow for Global. I called Enrich in the morning to inform that i will be coming little early and this receptionist Name TRisha she answered the call and started telling no one is available to do the service, I had made full payment previous night. Trisha called her Manager and i was holding the call, and she started taking bad about me to his manager saying some mad customer has called, and i heard the full conversation. they have no customer service plus they charge boom even after saying discounted.
my current situation after they did all treatment my hair is still dry and there is no affect of QOD. i would request no one should use this parlour. Was this information helpful? |
