Yesterday, 12.07.2018, my daughter visited the salon in Infiniti Mall, Malad (W) for a cysteine treatment for her hair which was to be charged around Rs.8000/- do not remember the exact figure.
However, after completion she was charged Rs.11, 621/- for various other services which were not asked for and which were not informed to her.
One of them was that she was attended to by a senior hair dresser for which they have to pay him 5% additional. This was not brought to the notice of my daughter and nor was she asked if she requires a seniors service.
The other was that she has long hair hence the charges would be more. Why was this not brought to her notice that she would be charged more for long hair?
Apart from that she should have been informed that the final total would be around 11, 000/-
My daughter had enquired 3 times what would be the cost and they kept telling her 8, 000/-
This is pure cheating on behalf of the Salon and it seems this is how ENRICH has become "RICH"!!!

It's a pity to get a small wooden comb as a gift voucher claiming that it's worth Rs 250 when it's price is negligible.
It's fooling and tempting customers to spend more for services and giving a small wooden comb in the particular category of service as gift voucher.
Highly disappointed in the way such a giant beauty company is functioning by fooling it's loyal customers and making money.

I regret to imform you that the services of enrich vastrapur solitaire, ahmedabad are pathetic. They have no sense of punctuality and an absolute disgrace for the value of time of their clients. The attitude of taking their clients will lead to the downfall. My appointment was at 10am on june 12and the hair stylist didn't even bother to show up. I will not take any names bcoz it is a question of someone's career but this is unacceptable behavior and treatment. This is the 4th or 5th time there are punctuality issues and the manager didn't even show up by then so i did not even have anyone with authorization that i could talk to.
Inshort, i m disappointed and i expect u to revert back with an apology and compensation for my time otherwise u just lost a regular client, forever!! And this will keep happening often if things don't change soon here!

I am really disappointed feel cheated by a hair stylist named as jameshed in hiranandani meadows branch. He has cheated my mother by using a international hair color product and not informing price of hair color product which he has used for a senior citizen aged 65 yrs.
On above that ms rutuja who was concerned billing person available at that promised me that she will cctv photage proving my allegations wrong which she failed to do so. Till now i have not received mail about cc tv photage neither any call from the salon as a courtesy.
This careless attitude towards customers shows enrich image in salon industry has gone down and they are bother about it too.

unprofessional behaviour by the front desk
Firstly the team never answer calls at koregaon park, pune. Phoenix branch answers, but when i ask for a specific therapist, they always want to know who is online and would want the contact no. To call back to tell the status (Which never happens). When i call them back after sometime, i get a reply saying no therapist available. I have been a loyal member of enrich since past 5 years or may be more. I don't think i would continue after my membership expires, because that is what is making me visit the branch. Prateek, at phoenix market city branch is not aware of basic ethics when it comes to facing a client/dealing with a problem. 2 days back on asking i was told that asma and padma are not available and would be available on friday directly. Today when i called for an appointment, i was told that asma left off due to an emergency. I said i don't mind getting my services done from padma. On this, i was told that she was on her off. Simple things first, are they even aware of their roster??? How could they tell me someone would be available on a particular day and suddenly tell me that they are on an off? Upon questioning, i get to hear from prateek, "okayyyy, sorry for the inconvenience!! Is there anything else i could help u with???"
Like seriously??? Is this some kind of favour?? To my knowledge, this is not called "customer service". This is simply "customer harassment". I don't think i would like to pay to get "harassed" next time. I would redeem my membership amount as soon as possible and move on. It's high time. There are better salons out there and i was with enrich simply for asma's services. But again, i visit to pamper myself and not to stress myself at a place where i expect people to know their basic ethics. You guys need to train your people. Not just throw them at prime branches.

I did hair smoothning from enrich salon from phoenix pune... And they charged too much for the same.. My friends did smoothning by same products and they get charged only 5k-7k.. Enrich salon used same products for me and charged 14k. This is very pathetic guys. I will not recommend your salon to anyone. Even they not give me complementary hair wash which they are supposed to do after 3 days..

pathetic haircut

I have been getting a haircut from the creative hair stylist at parel branch since last 3 months. Never had a problem. But this time when i got a haircut on 3rd dec. Was a pathetic one. Which is not expected by a creative hairstylist. My hair were made extremely short in spite of my instructions saying that i need only a trim and not too short. And above all the hair don"t look in proportion at all.in short"pathetic haircut". When am paying so much i have right to expect a good job.

It's been the second instance that without my permission or knowledge any member has been added to the membership program
It's certainly a breach of secrecy and its not at all acceptable to me
I will certainly escalate this matter to the senior management
Please note that every year i am the person who pays for the membership and not other people so before adding them the permission has to be taken from the primary member

i am complaining about service dated 18th november 2017 seawoods west branch
Hi team... Please note that enrich did not provide the service we were planning to take in fact forced us to do a package as per their convenience and budget. No discount coupons provided on a service worth approximately 9k done and not even membership discount or services done points added... This type of behaviour is not expected as being a regular member with enrich for so many years... Brings me to shame and left with no options than to change to a different brand salon... I request for action to be taken and keep me posted to know when will i get my discounted coupons which we are eligible for... Awaiting to kind response

client kicked out of salon because she had white spot on her face (albino)

My friend booked an appointment in enrich chandivali today to get face cleanup. For half hour she was treated there as she is not even present, then when she asked why they are not attending her after half hour of appointment time they said you have white spot skin problem so our professionals cant touch you. Those were the words. They said this in front of whole salon members as well as clients but she is well educated so she stayed calm and told them its just skin colour it's not any skin problem which spreads. They insulted her and told her to leave. She couldn't hold her tears so she left. She only has a half centimetres wide white spot near her upper lip that's all. But they treated her like she is an untouchable person. She gets her cleanup done in every two weeks from all big salons but this was her first time in enrich and they did this. I have video of this incident which i will post soon

I had a straighting in enrich salon 2days back and it was worst experience they have burned my hair's i have lost my shinning and smoothness in hair and it's totally not acceptable and they haven't provide me any kind of compensation.. This was just pathetic experience i ever had with enrich salon... No one should play like with anyone hairs.. I had lost my hairs and i expect compensation for it.. Or else i'll sue enrich..

Yesterday i had gone for a haircut & shaving at enrich salon lamington road. I was been promised a senior stylist who would give me a decent haircut for my visa interview. The person had zero experience in cutting hair and while shaving off my beard he had cut my skin at 2 - 3 places. It kept bleeding and he did not even bother to inform me or apply any cream unless i had noticed it after a while after moving out from the salon. They charged me 900/-+ for just a haircut & clean shave. That too not a proper one. Leaving the hair chopped badly. This is height o[censored]nprofessional-ism. They should either improve their staff training else shut down their chain of salons. Need some action on this. Unfortunately i dont remember the name of the stylist but my appointment was on 29th aug at around 7 pm on the name of avijit (Mob no. [protected]).
Need action against these kind o[censored]nprofessional service in the name of a brand!

Enrich only wants to "enrich" themselves. Due to a one on one free offer, i decided to do a cysteine treatment here, at their vile parle branch. The treatment, at around 10, 000rs per person does not come cheap. So obviously, when you're paying this kind of money, you expect the results to be as promised. The promise made was that "it will reduce frizz, make your hair more manageable and release curls from the hair"....

Hi am a member of Enrich saloon Santacruz West (Podar school) I been there to do Hair spa and told the receptionist accordingly that I want to do hair spa nothing specific as am happy with my hair, once the stylist had a look of my hair he suggested some SPA which was good for drizziness (which cost me 2015/-) I was shocked when he did the spa as what he did was a hair wash & after that applied some cream and washed it after 15 mins, and boom the SPA was done.. I mean come on it was like applying conditioner after wash. For that we pAy 2000/- I felt compleatly cheated, top of it after complaining the counter girls her "extremely sorry" was compleatly plain..we go Hair spa for relaxation, cream can be applied at home too... My hair are still same even after this so called expensive treatment.. How are we suppose to trust this money suckers...

Unethical, pathetic behaviour by manager, denial of service

I took an appointment with the enrich salon, koregaon park branch for hair blow dry - curlout in the afternoon dt 21.1.16 for my mehendi function . The manager gave me an appointment at 8pm. I told her that i want the best stylist available since it was my mehendi function, she confirmed that it is ankush guy and at 8pm, he can do since his shift gets over at 8.30pm.
When i reached there at 8:04pm, she said ankush has left for the day and i will give you the other guy. I told her you confirmed that hes the best one you have, so how can the other guy suddenly became the best. To that she lied that ankush has left when he was standing besides me, hearing all this ankush told me that mam, ok i will do blow dry for you.Then got to know tat ankush has never left
The moment ankush started doing, he could not do a single strand where he was kind enough to say that mam, i am not able to do the curlout, i just know simple blow dry or tongs. To taht i said, but i had mentioned this in my appointment, he said manager doesnt have technical knowledge and this is what even the manager said, so i said fine, now atleast alot me someone who can do it because at 8.30 in the evening, i cant go anywhere and specially i was getting late for my event.She came to me saying i cannot alot you anyone since you denied for that guy initially. I told her thats because you told ankush is the best one you have and i had taken his appointment. To her ego, she says i think about my employees and none of our staff is willing to do your services. And this insult, she did before everyone in the salon. This made me extremely angry and i told her give me in written that which stylist is denying the services to me and who are you to deny it to me. She said i should not have taken your appointment and i cant disclose the name of stylist and she changed the statement saying hes left for the day and i saw he was cutting someones hair. . So i said give me in written that you are denying the services.
She went and took a piece of paper and wrote since the client has fragile and thin hair, my stylist is not able to blow dry the clients hair and hence we deny the service.
Now this was an ultimate insult. I get my hair blow dry with any salon thrice a week and noone has commented this ever. She was just trying to cover her statement. She knew that i had to get it done because of the event and hence taking advantage of the situation, she ordered her stylist named ankush that " i order you that you leave the salon, dont do he service and i will handle. " ankush was kind enough to stay but she forced him to leave.Then she came to me saying" his girlfriend was waiting so i had to tell him to leave, thats because i care about my employees feelings more than you" it made me extra angry and i had a heated argument because she also denied the other guy named santosh to do my services.
Also she challenged me that " henceforth i will see who gives you appointment in my salon and do whatever you want, i done care about my job"
I saw other guy doing hair cut, when i went to ask him or rather request him to do my services, he denied looking at the manager. This insult i faced before entire salon, so i cried and called my husband. Also santosh was cutting his trainers hair, so i requested the trainer to please do my services. Meanwhile the manager went to the front desk challenging me that she wont allow the services.The trainer was not the salons employee so he accepted the request and said i would help you mam, dont worry. Also, i told him that i will pay you personally whatever you want. He did an ultimately amazing blow dry on the same hair which were mentioned falsely "thin" by the manager . I paid him outside the salon and he gave that money to the manager .
Also my husband had to leave the event in between and came to the salon to help me, but the manager was extremely rude to hi so he called the customer care because of which they called the manager and she lied to them that nothing has happened and the client is taking the services.
I request the consumer forum to help in this matter since its height of humiliation, insult, loss to my mood, loss to the ever hairdo more than denial of service.

I went to enrich salon, Amanora mall Pune. Worst experience i have ever had in my first visit.I was asking about the consultation for my hairs but they treated me like a beggar and ignored me by the manager. The manager was busy with shouting on their employees.This was really worst experience i have ever had till now....

Went for enrich vodaphone offer on 15.12.15 in between 1.15 to 1.20 pm the receptionist denied to give vodaphone service n said the service value can not b lesser than 3.50... N than after some tym she said it cant b lesser than 300..i explained her Before when i visited ur salone they said itz Rs.250/ bt she argued n whn i asked for her no n name she said i vil nt give my name infact u give me ur Ph no n ur name .. She ws v rude .. I hv v Bad experience of this BORIVLI, SV RD branch.. Even i hv seen them talking to others lso v rudely.. I went by so faar to d salon Bt today she wasted ma time n money bt didnot agree to give service.. Vv Bad frm her Part as i searched d offer is available n starts frm rs 250/

This is with regards to my membership amount of rs.500 which I am unable to redeem. Phoenix staff named Priya or Preti said that its over 4 months that it expired and the amount I paid for my membership cannot be redeemed... This is ridiculous and not accepted... You guys never bothered to send any email or message reminder on expiry and now my amount you are not ready to return. She says that once expired the amount varnishes . This is cheating...

Breach of privacy. Cellphone number shared with staff working in Enrich

My cellphone number was shared with a staff member in Enrich who kept calling to ask when I will come to the salon.this is complete invasion of privacy.sharing of confidential customer information with staff is not acceptable. Its a breach of privacy.I'm very disappointed and angry at this irresponsible behaviour by the salon.

Unethical Behavior Of The Manager.

Since Enrich has the Vodafone Tuesday offer so on June 2nd, i visited the Malad Hypercity Enrich salon, when i got done with the services, i couldn't send a message to Vodafone for the turesday Code. So i asked the Manager for an alternative, she refused that she doesnt have any alternative, where in my cousin faced the smiliar issue with vodafone and the GROWELS branch helped her out by registering a complain and giving her an alternate code. When i happened to tell this to the manager at Malad Hypercity branch she was extremely rude. There is a Vodafone store in Hypercity, so i told her that since the store is just10 steps away, ill go by and get the issue resolved. Meanwhile when i was at the vodafone store, she called up on alternative number i.e. my moms number and started saying that your daughter has left without paying and give the address of your house, i shall send someone to collect the money. If you check the enrich database, i have been visiting Enrich salon since last 5 years, that to the Malad Hypercity Branch. The Stylists there know me since then, but this new manager does not have any ethical behavior to talk to customers. When i told her that what she did was not right, she argued saying that do whatever you want and go and file a complaint.

Poor service and waste of money!

I had been to enrich a couple of weeks back and it's safe to say that I had the worst experiences ever! It's all talk and no work! They charge such exuberant prices and the services they provide are totally . I went for a facial which cost me 3000 left me totally dissatisfied. I had also got my make up n hair done n trust me wen I say it was the worst kind of make up dat was ever put on me! They charged me 9000 for a job dat dey did n I was at my nerves end to give dat amount for such a disgusting service. My advice would be please do yourself a favor and never go der.

Untrained hair stylists.

I went to enrich salon, Phoenix mall, Pune twice.They don't cut what we expected to cut.They cut the hair like a local salon shop.No one is properly trained in Phoenix mall branch.I don't know about other Enrich branches.Worst experience I have ever had in Enrich.Not only me, but many ladies who come there are not at all satisfied.They cut the hair and come back again to cut it properly.This saloon is not at all worth the money we give.Instead go to a local shop who gets 10 times lesser money than these untrained chutiyapas.

Accumulated points on Membership Card

My name is Manali Desai and I am a member with Enrich Salon Borivli - West Since December 2009.
My membership was renewed on Nov 2010.The deposit to be paid to become a member is Rs.500 which is redeemable within 1 year of the expiration of the card or in the month the card expires.My current membership number is BRV 2727.I had accumulated 1910 point son my card this year for the products i have purchased from them. But now suddenly my points seemed to have vanished. On repeated calls to KAREN - Asst Salon Mngr to find out the issue and help us get our points back, we have received very disappointing answers from her. As per the Enrich policy, the points can be redeemed and used only by the card holder / member, but Karen has been repeatedly saying that the points have been used by my sister Khyati or some one else at the Kandivli East branch of Enrich, which we are not even aware about. On another call she says the points have lapsed. To add to the misery, she says that each point accumulated is NOT EQUAL to a rupee (which is not the case, it IS EQUAL to a rupee) we will only give you services worth Rs. 700 ONLY or a free haircut, but nothing more than that.On asking to produce the bills for all our services so far in a year, she hasn't been able to do so. In fact i have the last bill with me that clearly says that i have 1910 points in my account. Thereafter i did not visit Enrich for a very long time until Karen called my sister personally to come and avail of their services. To this she visited their salon in September to get a haircut done after a very long time.
While paying the bill i enquired about my points them itself and the lady at the counter said, mostly your points have lapsed.
My question is:
1.How can my points lapse without any intimation? Every company informs the consumer/client about the expiration date in advance so that the same can be redeemed.
2. How can my points just vanish when i have 2 proofs supporting the fact that i am eligible to get by points back - a. The last bill with the information of the points and b. The fact that Karen herself called my sister to come and visit them as it had been very long that i had been to Enrich.
I have been loyal to Enrich since day one a referred a whole lot of family and friends to avail their services.But with this kind of behavior i am truly disappointed and have asked each and every friend of mine to avoid going there until my issue has been resolved.I expect the same kind of loyalty from them also.
Each of them earn their salaries due to loyal customers like us, but if they do not respect us, its going to be a very difficult time for them from here onwards.
Need to fight to get my points back as i have spent hard earned money to but their products.I don't wish to cancel my membership with them, rather want fair justice to this and continue as a happy member and refer many more people to Enrich.

On repeated calls to KAREN - Asst Salon Mngr to find out the issue and help us get our points back, we have received very disappointing answers from her. As per the Enrich policy, the points can be redeemed and used only by the card holder / member, but Karen has been repeatedly saying that the points have been used by my sister Khyati or some one else at the Kandivli East branch of Enrich, which we are not even aware about. On another call she says the points have lapsed. To add to the misery, she says that each point accumulated is NOT EQUAL to a rupee (which is not the case, it IS EQUAL to a rupee) we will only give you services worth Rs. 700 ONLY or a free haircut, but nothing more than that.On asking to produce the bills for all our services so far in a year, she hasn't been able to do so. In fact i have the last bill with me that clearly says that i have 1910 points in my account. Thereafter i did not visit Enrich for a very long time until Karen called my sister personally to come and avail of their services. To this she visited their salon in September to get a haircut done after a very long time.
While paying the bill i enquired about my points them itself and the lady at the counter said, mostly your points have lapsed.
My question is:
1.How can my points lapse without any intimation? Every company informs the consumer/client about the expiration date in advance so that the same can be redeemed.
2. How can my points just vanish when i have 2 proofs supporting the fact that i am eligible to get by points back - a. The last bill with the information of the points and b. The fact that Karen herself called my sister to come and visit them as it had been very long that i had been to Enrich.
I have been loyal to Enrich since day one a referred a whole lot of family and friends to avail their services.But with this kind of behavior i am truly disappointed and have asked each and every friend of mine to avoid going there until my issue has been resolved.I expect the same kind of loyalty from them also.
Each of them earn their salaries due to loyal customers like us, but if they do not respect us, its going to be a very difficult time for them from here onwards.
Need to fight to get my points back as i have spent hard earned money to but their products.I don't wish to cancel my membership with them, rather want fair justice to this and continue as a happy member and refer many more people to Enrich.

I had a bad experience in the Borivali west salon. I had done a global colour which faded in 15 days an an inch of my white hair could b seen all this in 5 days. Besides I was kind of coerced to buy their Products. When I went to complain, the stylist who actually just gave me his opinion and someone else did the job, told me that it is common sense that my color would look like this. How rude could he b. they spoke of some regrowth nonsense as if my hair would grow an inch in 15 days. They r utterly pathetic. I actually had a good experience in their infinity branch but cos of my experience here, I will not visit ne enriche outlets again.
I had this very bad experience at Enrich. I am member at Borivali (West) Branch. During the time of membership they had clearly told me that the membership fees of Rs. 500/- can be redeemed any time by you. I had lost my card. I went after a gap of nearly 1 year when i found my card. I took an appointment, went for redemption.They did not ask me anything. Allowed me to use the services. At the time of billing, they were very rude and started telling, Your card has expired and you will have to pay the complete amount. The trouble was not the payment but the communication at their end to redeem at any point of time. I cleared the bill with an assurity that the manager at Enrich will call me to clear my doubts, which has never happened till now. In service industry it is very wrong to give such false promises which you are not going to fulfill, Also as mentioned in the above complaint, the Hair colours at Enrich are simply pathetic, I got major hairfall problem. Don't use the hair services.
