Envi gives appointment on phone asks customer to come and Farman walks out of the parlor giving false excuses for a 3 years old client who is taking service from the parlor and him. Misbehaves with the customer multiple times. Suman the manager backs him. As they share good rapport.

This is the second time I am submitting my COMPLAINT as someone has marked this as RESOLVED. This has never been resolved. I have all details.
Arif Salmani and Anisha had a good laugh and covered up their behavior by talking so loudly to me in front of staff and customers. When I requested to speak with the owner I was refused. However a different branch gave me the Regional Heads number and name. Indrajeet apologized and Jyothi invited me back. However Arif failed a second time round. The third time Aakash completed it and did not require 2 further attempts. However when I rebooked Jyothi blocked my appointment and I got a message from their WA team saying that I cancelled. Which of course is a lie. I have brought this to the attention of the CEO of Inorbit Malls who is also a BM (Board Member) of the SCAI. As much as Envi Salon is a tenant, the staff and namely Arif and Anisha are undoubtedly arrogant and have something to hide by not allowing the owners to know. This took place in the Malad Infinity Mall branch. I have been getting my hair coloured with their previous stylist who no longer works there and this has never happened before. Neither did it happen with Aakash - I requested for a different stylist because I was fed up of being humiliated by Arif who claimed that my “stubborn” hair didn’t allow the color to set 🫢🤐😳😐😑
Anisha had ripped the cover off the seat when Arif had called me to return to get my hair coloured. She got another client to sit there. I was so distraught on account of her vicious and predatory behavior.
