EPFO — DOB AND NAME CHANGE

I got my UAN no. But overthere my name and DOB is incorrect and my employer summit relevant docs some many time to update right info but EPFO not update my details yet and regularly showing incorrect info in EPFO portal. Requested please do the needful or suggest right way to correct the info as soon as possible. Thanks
