EPFO Gurgaon — PF Transfer settled on EPFO does not reflect in new PF account

I raised a request for PF transfer from previous company (OLX) UAN[protected] to BCG Trust account MHBAN[protected] on 28th Mar 2019 with Claim ID GNGGN[protected]. On EPFO website, the claim status is settled but it does not reflect in BCG Trust Account.
