              Buysmart systems are down in our area customer care numbers are not attending the call exectives are not responding properly all retailers are forcing us to return the money their is a romour that buysmart is closing down total amount including dealers rs, 28000.10

                  Me ne aap ka pos machine liya tha, but us me kaam nehi kiya tha, lekin app ki companey se kaha ki o machine abhi band ho gaya he, who hi machine hume lota digiye, app ka machine ka paise return mil jayaga. Me ne postal se bo machine vege diya lekin 6 month hua he mujhe paise return nehi mila, jis ne aap ki companey me tha bo companey chhod diya hu bola. Please slove my problem solucation soon

                    I am distributor of eprs buysmart (Distributor no-ez03888) from last 9-10 year. I had 3180 balance in my account till day there is message of "insufficient amount balance in id". My all retailers account 's balance are also blocked, they also couldn't use their balance. After it i contacted with buysmart's sales executive there are no proper answer. And not received call. So how to release my balance.

                          Buysmart systems are down in our area . Customer care numbers are not attending the call . Executives are not responding properly, All retailers are forcing us to return the money. Their is a romour that Buysmart is closing down .Total Amount in our account (including dealers) is INR 163641.70 .
                          Please issue a refund for the above amount as we need to return the amount to the dealers.

                          What to do? How to resolve this issue? Atlease inform us about the issue happening. Executives need to attend calls and respond to the issue.

                                  I am distributor of eprs buysmart (Distributor no-ez05460). I have 12013+ rs. Balance in my account & dealer network. From last 2 year company have blocked our balance, we are unable to use our balance, after every transaction there is message of "insufficient balance" or "topop server down".

                                  When we call to company's customer care they have only 1 reply "contact to your sales executive" and when ever we call miss. Nilam, chetrali, nilofar who is our sales executive she tells..

From last 5 months company have blocked our balance, we are unable to use our balance, after every transaction there is message of "insufficient balance" or "topop server down".

                                      When we call to company's customer care they have only 1 reply "contact to your sales executive" and when ever we call miss. Nikital who is our sales executive she tells us that "deposite new balance and restart business" than they will refund our blocked balance in installments. Like that company cheats everyone
