my account is blocke and my account balance is RS230

Im distribuitor of eprs buysmart my dt code is eb07415... im business with eprs last 2 years last 25 to 28 days ago sysstem is down and no recharge possible.. im contactto custemer care as well as sales person he dont get proper solution..8 feb 10 feb date start service he say but dont start service and not solution of this matter so solve problem...

My user name is:k[protected]. On[protected] on that day i top up 890 rs for one bsnl number.That number is not top up-ed. But the EPRS take that amount from my balance.After that they not responding to my complaints.

eprss मल्टी कम्पनी द्वारा सेकडो डिस्टिबुटर के पैसे रोक लिए गए है, उसके बाबजूद कम्पनी और पैसा लगाने की बात कह रही है, जब डीलरो ने मोबाइल के माध्यम से बात की तो कम्पनी के एप्लोय द्वारा बताया गया की जल्द ही आप अपना पूरा अमोउट खर्च कर सकते है, करीब एक साल होने पर भी अभी तक कम्पनी लाखो रूपये फसा कर बैठ गई है
और कंपनी के एम्प्लाय द्वारा कहा जा रहा है की आप और पैसे लगाये आपको एक एक हजार करके वापिस कार दिए जायेगे पर ऐसा कुछ भी नही हो पा रहा है, कंपनी पहले अच्छी सर्विस के लिए न एक पर मणि जाति थी, और डीलर आख बंद कार भरोसा कर लेते थे, लेकिन इस साल से कंपनी लाखो रूपये एड कर बैठ गई है, बेंक से कर्ज लेकर रिचार्ज करने के लिए उठाया है कर्ज कंपनी की इस घटिया हरकत से अनजान डिस्टिबुटर डीलर लाखो रूपये फसा चुके है, अब कम्पनी देना का नाम तक नही ले रही, जनता ने ऐसी घटिया हरकत और गरीब कर्ज लेकर कम करने वाले डीलरों के साथ ऐसी हरकत करने वाली कम्पनी के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही करने की माग सरकार के समक्ष रखी है,

Tata Sky — Recharge reversal and no responce from executives.

On 9th december i had recharged my Tatasky account through a dealer of amount 300 Rs.
He made a wrong recharge on another tatasky account through EPRS. Now they are telling that we can't get back the amount recharged without contacting the other tatasky account and that person is not responding at all.Regarding this issue the person Roxanne gorimar from EPRS acknowledged well and guided me but the person Mr.Amit from Tatasky is not responding at all.And giving wrong attitude regarding this problem.So, there is no solution of my query.
Please guide me.

This month on 28th december i had recharged bsnl number 890 Rs.He not recharge on bsnl.But take that amount from my account through EPRS. Now they are not responding to my complaint. So, there is no solution of my query.

MYuser name is k[protected].we have the balance money is more than 2000/-. If we recharge for 10 rs, it will show that the required balance is low.pls respond to my complaint.
