[Resolved]  Epson India — Advance payment demand prior to service providing

Raised a complaint of my Epson L3156 with the service provider.
The service provider is demanding advance payment prior to the visit of the engineer which is not a rule by any good service provider company.

My name R D Rokade Pune M.S. EPSON service center asking money before inspection printer is unlawful & asking RS.850/- To Rs.1000/- for per visit. EPSON need to publish his spear parts price on line (their Web site) for that i was send them notice but no use, pay first & then service is unlawful & for that it must mandatory to the producer to made available spear part to the public so need not to depend on the arrogant service centers we can repair printer by own knowledge company mandatory to provide technical diagrams with specification of the printer with every product & it is our Government duty to force every produce to know how its work & consumer rights to know technical specification of every product of every company otherwise our Govt. duty to ask them to stop production/sale of products which are try to black mail consumers to pay/transfer money without inspection/ repair of products is unlawful we will fight for this in the court of law of our nation.
If EPSON send printer on door delivery payment basis at on line order then what the wrong in sending spear party also on line, & was taken price/payment of printer after delivery of the printer, then what’s wrong to pay after completed service of printer. Why service center asking money in advance.
We are fed-up from your Pune 411043 Maharashtra service centers, I am calling them from six days but not able to answer my call and if someone attended call they are asking to visit charges within for 6 K.M from the service center 850 Rs. for per visit & other person asking 1000 Rs. For per visit in advance without work/inspection/repair of printer. Forcing to transfer cash on line at first after company person will visit for inspection how it is possible to consumer to pay before service.
This is not the way to loot the population of the poor national consumers.
I am fighting my cases in Pune Court, High court, Supreme Court we have to take out some times very urgently printout about some important cases. Due to your lackadaisical service center, and high charges to visit & consumable & spare part prices it seem to loot the population of our nation due this we are suffered lot with mental agony.
Your company is well known company and providing very good quality technology to the Indian consumer but you service center persons are destroying image of the company
We are very much happy to use your printer known as L4150 we have 2 printers of HP but we are not using that printer due to cartridge is too much costly
So my humble submission to you that keep affordable price as well as visiting charges & spare parts charges.
If my Printer is repaired by your company in time otherwise we are filing case in consumer forum Pune or file writ petition in high court or file writ petition in Supreme Court of India. I have reserved all rights where to filed cases against the company.
Service center are charging huge amount & price of spare parts of Printer so kindly publish your price list on YouTube or your website, spare parts rates must be affordable to the poor population of the Nation & it is your duty to be in vogue on fix and affordable rates due to that your image will clean otherwise service center peoples charging usuriously costumer to costumer.
No respond from service center, need urgent service for my Printer above said.
To asking advance money before visiting to the service place (side) is unlawful and it is most unlawful that your service center persons are order me to deposit money to their account without inspection of my printer. How anybody will transfer cash on others account without any practical work on the side or without knowing any persons.
Good service man’s duty to visit the spot after inspection of the printer give written note(quotation) for all charges and cost of the spear parts of the printer & then complete the job and take the money and give the receipt of it.

It is our Government duty to force every producer introduce about the product “to know how its work” & consumer rights to know technical specification of every product of every company otherwise our Govt. duty to ask them to stop production/sale of products which are try to black mail consumers for to pay/transfer money without inspection/ repair of products is unlawful we will fight for this in the court of law.
It is only duty of reputed company for ‘’on-side-Service’’ otherwise it is going on unlawful process and without satisfaction of repaired printer and cross verified of price list of manufacturing company is also not admitted by Indian law/ natural law/Consumer act. Who will transfer money to others account without visiting/inspection of printer.
Today’s call of Service center of EPSON was unlawful and not accepted to any citizen of India & and not admitted to me.
If you have to say anything regarding your production/product/service center/heavy charges which are tried to recover by the company service centers, & it is misuse of good will of company by the service providers, you can answer this notice within 7 working days. After given time I am free to file cases in the consumer court or other court in the Nation.

Kindly please repair my printer urgently it very much urgent for me.

Service Center from Pune City sending mail and requesting to send money on their bank account on line, but not mention amount how much money and for what purpose need to be clearly mention in the mail.
Is there any provision in the law of the nation to pay before visiting for repairing to pay money in advance? If so then send me provision of the law. Otherwise send the person to repair printer. It most urgent to repairing the printer for me and my various court cases in the nation.
Your company is produced this printer which is operated from anywhere & it may be programmed for to handle from anywhere then it is not faithful with the owner of the printer.
