I have bought Epson L220 Model Printer exactly after one year warrenty My ink pad was filled, while I am calling Epson Customer care they told that warrenty period was finished and they gave me a dealer contact number in east tambaram...while I am calling they told The product rate was Rs 250.00 for that service charge was Rs. 550.00 totally they charged Rs 800.00..

But after 5 months again the same problem was getting as Ink...

i am from bhubaneswar, odisha.i am only use epson printer my shop, but epson service center in bhubaneswar mr patra is always charging adjust ment programme resetting my printer, charge is always rs 350, i dont know what is price for this resetting service .give me know that what is resetting charge?...

I have purchased EPSON INKJET PRINTER L210 6 month back at STAPLES COMPANY, 15th Cross, Margosa Road, Malleswaram, Bangalore 560 003. Printer not work red light blinking

I logged complaint of printer L3250, Sr no. XAHT406262. Complaint no. INS[protected] on dated 20 February but not solve until now . Please solve my problem as early as possible.

Sir, on 15th September I complained about the printer display being faulty on EPSON's helpline number, for which the engineer checked and confirmed on 23rd September that yes, the display is really faulty, but Sir, till today 13th October, despite my repeated calls to the service center, they have not yet repaired my printer, which is still under warranty. Sir, I am a very small businessman and because of them I am facing huge losses in my business. I want the brand to repair my printer as soon as possible and the brand should not make such a mistake in future. Therefore, I demand a fine of Rs. 50, 000 from the brand, as I have suffered losses in business.

I have raised multiple tickets for my printer but even after escalation no one has responded !

I had a Epson L3156 Printer. There is a problem of Photo Paper Jaming frequently. So I approch the Epson service center at Dhantoli Nagpur. There is a Sevice Engineer Mr Nihal who service the printer and gave me back. No online receipt copy was provided and he charged Rs 500 for service. Next day when I gave print command the paper was again jamming more frequently than earlier. So I called service center to Mam Mrs Sneha Deshpande and engineer Nihal. They told to bring the printer again to service center from 40 km from my office wasting petrol and time adn told me the motor roller problem and demanded more expenses. I requested them to send service person but they denied and ended the call without hearing my problem. This is not a satisfactory work from epson india. I am suffering financially and wasted my time at your center.

EPSON M2170 printer complaint. Display and Board complaint .printer not working

I have bought Epson L15150 on 2 may 2023, within just 20 days ADF not working, complaint raised they visited on so many delays, finally they committed new machine will be replaced now, asked a week time, I said ok, , but make sure it happens as already we are losing business, today morning they told k yesterday night they received new machine for us and he is saying it's in transit and it will arrive to them tomorrow, how come it is, being a customer I'm speaking him politely as sir, whee as he is nowhere saying like an no polite ness, however I don't wantt here respect and I just want machine to be replaced, plz solve this query

I purchased this printer EcoTank L14150 SKU: C11CH96503 on the Epson website. It arrived, and I emailed support for an installation : No reply. I managed to call the Chennai office and got a number . The installation engineer called his seniors ( the product was damaged on transport) .
I called many times (toll free) : nothing
e-mailed the following :

Har bar aata hai koi na koi part printer ka change krke chala jata hai aj tk use problme ni smjh aa rha ki problem kya hai printer main. Har dusre din complaint likhwana padh rha hai. 1 technision 5 bar aake v theek na kar sake kya fayda aise technision ka or agar manufactioring fault hai to pc change krna chaiye jb bar bar same problem aa rhi hai customer ko. Adhe se jauada ink tank to cleaning kr kr ke khatm krdia. Or waste ink pad b 15 din main change krdia... bht bura experince hai abhi last month purchase krke itna sb kch printer main change krdia baki ke 11 month kya chalega yeh printer.. #PoorService #BadExperince

Dear Sir/Madam

My epson printer has a manufacturing defect with its wifi, which malfunctions every now and then. I have registered more than 10 complaints regarding the same, but no permanent solution has been offered till date.
In the past 11 months, the printer remained out of order for more than 5 months. The solution was offered on makeshift arrangements and false promises by the service centre. I am utterly dissatisfied with the services and the product. There were situations when the complaint was not attended to for more than 7 days. I was suggested by the engineer not to call the service centre in case the printer malfunctions again, which I did a few times but later I came to know that was simply to put off the radar of the company and the service centre wants to save its skin.
Apart from the issue of wifi, paper jamming has been constant, but all never reached attentive ears.

Please be informed that the latest complaint that I registered on 27 January has not been resolved.

Today, after a long period of dismay, I am writing to request that you replace this faulty product or issue me a full refund.
I hope the company of your repute would take appropriate action at the earliest and I would not be compelled to seek legal assistance.

Not functioning - blinking red light

Dear Sir/Madam

I have registered a complaint for our Epson Scanner which is under Warranty.The Product complaint number is INC[protected].The complaint has been given about a month ago.So far the issue is not resolved.I get messages everyday to my mobile from which i have registered, that my issue will be attended today.But noone has reported till today.We have informed through the landline contact but it doesn't help.I am working in a Bank and the Scanner is from our organization which has been used for Our Account opening and Bill payments process.Due to the negligence of epson staff and inevitable delay from your side, our branch general procedures are stopped and we have to face complaints from our customers everyday.

Today i have given a command to my epson printer to print a photo it is only giving me yellow nd black color nthng else
