Hi, I have purchased a printer from Epson. During priting some documents, paper got jammed and I tried to take that out but could not clean the track properly. I logged a call with Epson and engineer examined the printer and told a part got broken so he ll get the part and replace it also advised since it is under warrany it should not be charged. After few follow ups Engineer visted us and replaced the part, now he is asking us to pay for that part as he got instructions from the service center. This is pathetic, It is advised by Epson to try taking out paper in case it gets jammed, during this exercise if any ferjile part gets broken, it should be owned by Epson, not the customer.
