Dear Sir/Madam

I have registered a complaint for our Epson Scanner which is under Warranty.The Product complaint number is INC[protected].The complaint has been given about a month ago.So far the issue is not resolved.I get messages everyday to my mobile from which i have registered, that my issue will be attended today.But noone has reported till today.We have informed through the landline contact but it doesn't help.I am working in a Bank and the Scanner is from our organization which has been used for Our Account opening and Bill payments process.Due to the negligence of epson staff and inevitable delay from your side, our branch general procedures are stopped and we have to face complaints from our customers everyday.

Raised a complaint of my Epson L3156 with the service provider.
The service provider is demanding advance payment prior to the visit of the engineer which is not a rule by any good service provider company....

Today i have given a command to my epson printer to print a photo it is only giving me yellow nd black color nthng else

Only the problem is about colour printing.

My printer is junk. One minute it prints just time, the next it just sends thru blank paper. @hat a waste of time.

Hi, I have purchased a printer from Epson. During priting some documents, paper got jammed and I tried to take that out but could not clean the track properly. I logged a call with Epson and engineer examined the printer and told a part got broken so he ll get the part and replace it also advised since it is under warrany it should not be charged. After few follow ups Engineer visted us and replaced the part, now he is asking us to pay for that part as he got instructions from the service center. This is pathetic, It is advised by Epson to try taking out paper in case it gets jammed, during this exercise if any ferjile part gets broken, it should be owned by Epson, not the customer.

My Epson 3110 Printer is not print document properly.

I took a epson printer 5 days ago in which same type of problem is coming again and again i am complaining but your engineer is not ready to come and solve it once came and went after resetting as given and again

Problem Description: I have L220 printer, in March 2021 due to printing problem your service centre udhampur replaced the head, cap assy and main board. after the service printer gave almost hundred prints only and not working properly, your engineer assured me that it will work properly after some time but after about 5months there is no improvement in the prints moreover black ink is missing in the prints. And now your engineer again asking for replacing the head, I am not understanding what is happening with your people either they are not professional or may be using duplicate spare parts during the service. So dear epson I will not pay a single penny for another head replacement as your engineer is asking for. Even I am requesting you to kindly refund my payments if you people can't repair my printer.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

I am writing this letter to inform you that on 12/12/2021, I placed an order on 23/11/2021 for Epson L805 Printer using your platform https://epsonshop.co.in) having Order ID[protected]. I would regret to inform you that the above-said order was supposed to be delivered in 15 Days but as of now I have not received any deliveries from your side. Being so late for product delivery is not what I expected from a reputed company like yours.

My self kathiravan I regret to say I purchased Epson M15140 on 02/03/2021 same day to facings printer problems paper was stucked in many times paper printing come two papers with (half paper one paper another half paper another paper). I was complaint many times service peoples come that peoes told change the paper GSM. I am changed lot of times but that problem still not yet solved

My order No.[protected] dated 20/11/2021 for a printer but not delivered yet nor any update when the product will be dispatch, it is more than 9 days. I have send so many mails to but no updates. i dont know what to do. I have already made the payment for the order online. I leave order no on IVRS but no call back

I purchased my epson printer on 6th december 2020 my warranty was not acrrtivated

The printer is not printing perfectly and always paper jam, it's printing 1/2 of any letter.

I had purchased a printer from dealer of epson india in 2014 and the cost was about 2.50 lakhs approx. The model is wf-r8591 and the s. No. Is vmxy010286. The printer was purchased from m/s. Channel copiers, thiruvalla, kerala. The printer has developed some problems earlier and repaired by m/s. Doctorfone, kottayam, kerala and as i conceive they are the authorized service center for the area covering my place. The complaint is the ink tank...

I had ordered Epson M3180 printer on[protected], and still haven't recieved the delivery of the product and also the tracking details.
